Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Regional Communication team in generating annual communications plans, implementing them, and monitoring associated progress. Report against KPIs and provide relevant monthly reports related to Share of Voice (SOV).
  • Develop communication tools and content for marketing programmes, including social media posts, articles, case studies, and brochures. Prepare materials for publication in coordination with the Regional Marketing Manager and other internal stakeholders, following the agreed-upon process.
  • Organize conferences and events, both internally and externally, including coordinating booth construction, messaging, team coordination, client invitations, and other related activities.

Requirements
  • Must be a UAE national with a Family Book.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Media, Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.

Marketing & Campaign Execution

  • Track campaign KPIs and produce weekly reports with insights and recommendations
Social Media Management

  • Handle community management including DMs, comments, guest interactions, and escalation
  • Monitor social performance and suggest real-time adjustments based on trends and insights
Content Creation

Requirements
