**Requirements**
+ **Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on social media and content**
+ **Proven experience in hospitality, nightlife, or luxury lifestyle brands**
+ **Demonstrated ability to create Reels and mobile-first video content**
+ **Skilled in social media scheduling tools and community management practices**
+ **Proficient with editing tools such as CapCut, InShot, Canva, or Adobe Suite**
+ **Ability to work on-site from The World Islands, including weekends and evenings for events**
