Role Overview
We are looking for an exceptional Marcomms & Brand Manager to lead brand-building and campaign execution for one of the boldest new digital telco brands launching in the MENA region. This is a high-impact B2C-facing role, reporting to the Head of Marketing, with end-to-end ownership of campaign strategy, execution, and local relevance.
The ideal candidate combines creative instinct with operational excellence, has deep experience in launching and scaling consumer brands in digital-first environments, and is passionate about crafting bold, culturally resonant stories that break through the noise.
What You'll Be Doing
  • Own brand campaign planning & execution: Lead the development and delivery of integrated brand campaigns, from big-idea development to in-market execution (including content and activations) that uphold a consistent, bold brand identity across all customer touchpoints
  • Drive full-funnel marketing initiatives: Plan and execute high-performance campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels (digital, social, ATL, etc.), driving awareness, engagement, and conversion
  • Manage end-to-end campaign development: Oversee the full campaign lifecycle, from concept and briefing to asset development, deployment, and wrap-up, ensuring 100% on-time delivery, effective coordination, and post-launch performance analysis
  • Manage agency & creative ecosystem: Work in close partnership with external agencies, freelance creatives, and internal design teams to prepare and deliver high-quality brand materials and content aligned to the overarching marketing strategy
  • Ensure brand & content quality control: Oversee the quality of work delivered by designers and copywriters, ensuring all creative outputs adhere to brand guidelines, tone of voice, and campaign objectives
  • Drive performance-driven brand campaigns: Continuously assess, measure, and report on campaign effectiveness; leverage insights to refine messaging, optimize performance, and implement improvements that drive stronger engagement and conversion
  • Deliver a rolling calendar of marketing activities: Develop and manage a marketing activity calendar that supports ongoing GTM rollouts, offers, and experimentation in line with business and commercial priorities
  • Support product & offer positioning: Translate product and commercial propositions into marketing narratives and visuals that resonate with target customers, ensuring sharp positioning and relevance
  • Bridging strategy & execution: Ensure alignment with cross-functional stakeholders between business goals and campaign execution, balancing long-term brand building with shorter-term commercial wins
  • Manage country marketing execution teams: Build and lead a lean and nimble marketing team while working closely with regional teams across creative, media, and analytics to adapt assets and strategies for local market resonance
Who You Are
  • 10+ years of experience in brand marketing, campaign execution, or communications, ideally in fast-paced, consumer-facing (B2C) digital environments, e.g., telco, e-commerce, tech, fintech, lifestyle
  • Proven track record of building and launching brands (zero-to-one experience) or leading high-impact campaigns in culturally diverse, digitally savvy markets
  • Strong portfolio of integrated brand campaigns—across digital, social, ATL, and content—that have driven measurable growth or cultural relevance
  • Hands-on experience managing agencies, designers, copywriters, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver on marketing goals
  • Strong understanding of local consumer insights and how to translate them into resonant creative brand and communications strategies
  • Excellent project management skills; demonstrated strong ability to juggle multiple priorities, timelines, and collaborators with clarity and speed
  • Startup mindset: agile, hands-on, adaptable, and comfortable operating in ambiguity
  • Experience in the MENA region is strongly preferred

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provides full administrative support activities for Marketing department including the handling, preparation and writing of correspondence, establishment, and maintenance of various filing / records / database, tracing pending issues and following up as appropriate and organizing appointments and meetings.
  • Liaise with the Marketing team in relation to necessarily follow up on queries, deadlines, request, and special activations.
  • Coordinates media and influencers visits, including the preparation of all required collaterals.
  • Assist in organization and execution of photoshoot on the resort.
  • Assist in execution of required digital and social media activity.
  • Assist in execution of media schedules for all advertising.
  • Accomplish a set of administrative duties such as attending meetings, conducting site inspections, compiling contracts, writing reports, maintaining a logbook of activities and other specific duties related to the role.
  • Acts with a degree of independence as liaison with both internal and external clients.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Director of Marketing and Communication.

Suitable candidate will be reporting directly to the Director of Marketing and Communications and should have a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience, preferably in a similar position in luxury resorts or five-star hotels. He/She must be presentable, highly dedicated and a great team player with a passion for quality service and must be willing to work flexible hours. Excellent spoken and written English. An additional language will be highly regarded. Middle East/GCC experience is an advantage.

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Manage the development of the SES’s visual assets and creation and maintenance of an online visual assets library of photos and videos.
  • Design regular and ad hoc direct marketing material (flyers, posters, banners, digital media etc.)
  • Assist the admissions and marketing teams with ad hoc events, campaigns, clearing, and communications as and when necessary, which may include evenings and weekends.
  • Work with internal teams to develop, review and edit new and existing content for the SES website, including new pages, customised landing pages for marketing campaigns including pop-up ads and announcements.
  • Create emailers to assist the Admissions Team’s marketing and communication efforts.

Special Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in the field of graphic design and brand management is a must.

    What youll be doing:

    The Assistant Manager IMC will support the IMC Manager in executing integrated marketing strategies managing client relationships and ensuring alignment with global brand principals. You will play a critical role in coordinating campaigns aligning stakeholders and ensuring flawless execution of marketing initiatives across channels.

    Job Description:

    Client Support & Servicing:
    Act as a day-to-day contact for assigned clients ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively.
    Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns ensuring alignment with client goals and timelines.
    Coordinate with internal teams (creative media and strategy) to deliver campaign elements as per client expectations.
    Prepare and present regular campaign updates performance reports and insights to clients.
    Brand Principal Coordination:
    Work closely with brand principals to ensure campaigns align with global brand guidelines.
    Assist in obtaining approvals for creative assets budgets and other deliverables from principals.
    Support the IMC Manager in building relationships with brand principal stakeholders.
    Provide detailed updates to principals on campaign progress and performance metrics.
    Campaign Execution:
    Collaborate with internal teams to ensure integrated execution of campaigns across all channels including digital traditional and experiential marketing.
    Monitor timelines budgets and deliverables to ensure smooth project execution.
    Maintain consistency in messaging and branding across all client touchpoints.
    Market Research & Insights:
    Conduct research on market trends consumer behavior and competitors to support campaign planning.
    Provide actionable insights to clients and principals to enhance the impact of marketing strategies.
    Administrative & Operational Support:
    Manage documentation schedules and meeting agendas for campaigns.
    Assist in preparing client proposals campaign reports and principal presentations.
    Track campaign KPIs and maintain detailed records for performance analysis.

    People Management:

    The incumbent is responsible for setting clear objectives and performance targets in collaboration with team members ensuring alignment with overall organizational goals. This role involves actively mentoring guiding and providing direction to the team to cultivate skill development operational efficiency and continuous improvement. The incumbent applies structured performance management practices to monitor progress troubleshoot issues and drive the team towards achieving periodic KPIs. Through strategic oversight and regular feedback the incumbent fosters a results-oriented environment empowering the team to meet and exceed established benchmarks while supporting both individual and collective growth.

    Functional/Technical Competencies:

    • Strong understanding of integrated marketing communications across digital traditional and experiential channels.
      Excellent organizational and project management skills.
      Strong interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written.
      Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel PowerPoint Word) and marketing tools.
      Soft Skills:
      Team-oriented with a proactive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
      Adaptable detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
      Comfortable working in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
