Role Overview
We are looking for an exceptional Marcomms & Brand Manager to lead brand-building and campaign execution for one of the boldest new digital telco brands launching in the MENA region. This is a high-impact B2C-facing role, reporting to the Head of Marketing, with end-to-end ownership of campaign strategy, execution, and local relevance.
The ideal candidate combines creative instinct with operational excellence, has deep experience in launching and scaling consumer brands in digital-first environments, and is passionate about crafting bold, culturally resonant stories that break through the noise.
What You'll Be Doing
- Own brand campaign planning & execution: Lead the development and delivery of integrated brand campaigns, from big-idea development to in-market execution (including content and activations) that uphold a consistent, bold brand identity across all customer touchpoints
- Drive full-funnel marketing initiatives: Plan and execute high-performance campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels (digital, social, ATL, etc.), driving awareness, engagement, and conversion
- Manage end-to-end campaign development: Oversee the full campaign lifecycle, from concept and briefing to asset development, deployment, and wrap-up, ensuring 100% on-time delivery, effective coordination, and post-launch performance analysis
- Manage agency & creative ecosystem: Work in close partnership with external agencies, freelance creatives, and internal design teams to prepare and deliver high-quality brand materials and content aligned to the overarching marketing strategy

Who You Are

Key ResponsibilitiesCommunications & Content
- Create, adapt, and deliver compelling content for campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives.
- Plan and execute end-to-end 360° campaigns (ATL, BTL, digital, trade), including in-store activations, seasonal campaigns, and sampling activities.
- Drive campaign strategy, communication touchpoints, and create impactful strategy decks, campaign reviews, and presentations.
- Manages the individual NPD briefs and project timelines.
- Lead agency and supplier management—developing briefs, managing deliverables, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and deadlines.
- Oversee packaging, POS, trade materials, and BTL activations to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Craft high-quality bilingual (Arabic/English) copy across social, print, and digital channels.
- Use insights and trends to inspire fresh campaigns, innovative product concepts, and creative packaging.
- Have an artistic eye for creativity and emerging trends.
- Lead the Brand's presence across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, and any other emerging platforms.
- Manage digital campaigns, content calendars, performance metrics, and agency collaboration.
- Oversee community management, SEO, website optimization, and eCommerce initiatives.
- Ensure social media KPIs are met, driving engagement, conversions, and consistent growth.
- Stay ahead of AI developments and digital trends to ensure content is modern, relevant, and engaging.
- Monitor competitor campaigns, packaging, digital activity, and category innovations.
- Provide actionable insights on market trends, cultural shifts, and consumer behaviour.
- Support research analysis (market share, pricing, penetration, brand health).
- Deliver monthly competitor and category reports with clear, actionable recommendations.
- Support annual and campaign budget planning, ensuring projects remain on target.
- Monitor spending versus forecasts and reconcile with finance.
- Ensure campaigns are delivered within budget while maintaining high-quality results.
- Manage the business in the achievement of KPIs for all portfolios: Market Share, Gross Margin, Awareness, Trial, Equity.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 3–5 years' experience in FMCG marketing, brand management, or agency account management.
- Hands-on experience in budget tracking, campaign reporting, and ROI analysis.
- Knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and other digital platforms.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Career progression with a reputable FMCG company in the Middle East with evidence of well-developed marketing skills.
- Proven track record of delivering results in a competitive environment.
- Creative thinker with strong digital, campaign, and content expertise.
