The RoleAs Marketing & Communications Manager, you’ll shape the stories that connect our members to
everything Privilee has to offer. From daily touchpoints to long-form features, you’ll craft elevated communications that don’t just inform - but inspire. Whether it’s a push notification nudging someone to try a new gym, or a blog feature deepening their connection to wellness, every message will reflect the clarity, tone, and confidence of the Privilee brand.
You’ll own the strategy and execution of how, when, and where we speak to our audiences - driving engagement, loyalty, and behaviour change through smart planning, creative thinking, and data-led storytelling.

Responsibilities- Plan and deliver always-on communications for both members and leads, mapped to our
- marketing calendar and business goals
- Own the content and channel strategy across all key touchpoints - email, app, blog,
- WhatsApp, push notifications, and website - tailored for each region (UAE, Qatar, Bahrain,
- Oman) while maintaining a consistent global brand voice
- Lead the end-to-end execution of content briefs, collaborating with writers and designers to
- deliver high-quality, on-brand content across all platforms
- Build lifecycle communications that guide leads and members through every stage of their
- journey, clearly communicating the full value of membership
- Develop behavioural strategies to shift members from high-traffic venues to those with more
- capacity, and analyse content performance to continually optimise messaging, format, and
- timing using a data-led approach
- Collaborate closely with Partnerships and Member Experience to ensure communications
- reflect evolving member needs, venue capacity, and partner priorities
- Manage Privilee Insider - our blog platform - positioning Privilee as a leader in premium lifestyle and wellness, while driving SEO growth and deeper member value
- Champion a test-and-learn mindset, staying ahead of wellness trends and competitor activity to keep Privilee relevant and industry-leading across all markets, while supporting broader marketing initiatives and ad hoc campaign needs as required

- 6–8 years’ experience in marketing, communications, or content-focused roles, ideally
- within a membership-based, lifestyle, wellness, or GCC-focused brand
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic, multi-channel communications across
- email, blog, app, push, WhatsApp, and website etc
- Experience delivering both member and sales communications – including lifecycle
- journeys, lead nurture, and conversion messaging
- Skilled at driving engagement, retention, and behavioural change through targeted
- messaging and campaigns
- Confident leading cross-functional projects and collaborating with multiple teams and
- stakeholders
- Data-led decision maker with experience using tools like GA4, Vero, DatoCMS, and other
- CRM/CMS platforms

- Conduct and attend regular meetings with the assigned internal clients, other MarComms support functions, as well as the external agencies and vendors followed by clear minutes of meeting with a solid action plan and timelines.
Qualifications, Experience and Skills
- Minimum Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communications or a related discipline
- Minimum 2-5 years experience in Marketing Communications, events, PR, Sales or Business Development.
- Minimum 1-year experience in a vendor(s) management role.
- Prior experience in integrated communication, customer experience, content writing, or touchpoints management is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and persuasive messaging.

Key Accountabilities
- Support Digital Services and Customer Experience with their Brand and Communications requirements by providing effective content across all Human (customer care, telesales, etc.), Physical (stores, etc.), Sensory (sounds like IVR recordings, scents such as outlet fragrance, and sights) touchpoints and ensure all reflects the right messages that are also compliant with brand guidelines.
- Ensure consistent, targeted, up-to-date, accurate, and impactful messages based on market research, best practices, and geo-marketing insights to personalize communication and maximize relevance and effectiveness.
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors as needed for design, copywriting, and other marketing communication services.
- Monitor customer feedback and sentiment through various channels and dive into the end-to-end customer journey maps (Consumer and Enterprise) and leverage insights to optimize communication strategies.
- Drive efficiency through effective budget management for owned projects and responsibilities.
- Drive efficiency through effective retail/IVR deflection comms to the app.
- Build and maintain solid partnerships with assigned internal clients to better develop, manage, and fulfill communications designed to meet business goals.
- Manage agencies to drive efficiency and productivity.
- Conduct and attend regular meetings with the assigned internal clients, other MarComms support functions, as well as the external agencies and vendors followed by clear minutes of meeting with a solid action plan and timelines.
Qualifications, Experience and Skills
- Minimum Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communications or a related discipline
- Minimum 2-5 years experience in Marketing Communications, events, PR, Sales or Business Development.
- Minimum 1-year experience in a vendor(s) management role.
- Prior experience in integrated communication, customer experience, content writing, or touchpoints management is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and persuasive messaging.
- Very good people skills (necessary in a fast-moving, quick-deadline environment).
- Flexible, proactive, detail-oriented, self-confident, and reliable; can work well in cross-functional team environment.
- Excellent analytical, planning, problem solving, project management, negotiation, risk management, and presentation skills
- Thorough understanding of the UAE market and targeted segments media habits; experience with qualitative and quantitative market research is a plus.

Job Description
The Marketing Communications Assistant will support the Head of Marketing in the development and delivery of SES’s strategy, marketing content and communications plan. You will work as part of a small marketing team and your role will be integral in supporting the development and execution of marketing plans for SES and integrating the brand across marketing communication vehicles both internally and externally.
You will be responsible for creating content and communications tailored to SES’s target audiences (including prospective students; employers, parents, current students, alumni and staff).
This is a content heavy role and is suited for someone who has a creative flair and a passion for graphic design. On occasion you will be expected to create content for web pages, social media marketing campaigns, presentations, and other communications where you will need to use your initiative to create this content. There are marketing administrative elements to this role and you will have the opportunity to manage small projects under the supervision of the Director of Marketing. The role is ideal for anyone looking to start or progress their career in marketing communications and brand management and design. The marketing team will support you along the way providing you with goals and overall creative direction.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Conceive, create, and collate marketing content through graphic design software, and deploy across a range of digital and print channels, while adapting tone, style and content to ensure relevance and appeal to audience segments and appropriateness to channel.
- Manage the development of the SES’s visual assets and creation and maintenance of an online visual assets library of photos and videos.
- Design regular and ad hoc direct marketing material (flyers, posters, banners, digital media etc.)
- Assist the admissions and marketing teams with ad hoc events, campaigns, clearing, and communications as and when necessary, which may include evenings and weekends.
- Work with internal teams to develop, review and edit new and existing content for the SES website, including new pages, customised landing pages for marketing campaigns including pop-up ads and announcements.
- Create emailers to assist the Admissions Team’s marketing and communication efforts.
Special Requirements:
- Relevant experience in the field of graphic design and brand management is a must.
- Possesses a Bachelor Degree in a relevant field or more than 5 years experience in a relevant field/position.
