The **In-House Marketing Manager** is responsible for overseeing all in-house marketing operations in Dubai. This includes direct supervision of the in-house marketing team, maintaining high conversion rates from resort occupancy, ensuring exceptional owner and guest experiences, and seamless coordination with Resort Operations, Front Line Sales, In-House Sales, and Corporate/Regional Marketing leadership.
This role is key to achieving budgeted tour flow goals while upholding brand integrity, operational efficiency, and service excellence.
**How You'll Shine:**
+ Directly manage the in-house marketing team, including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, performance reviews, coaching, and disciplinary action when necessary.
+ Ensure total site marketing conversion is aligned with established company standards.
+ Monitor and resolve any issues related to tour statuses, bookings, coding, and guest interactions.
+ Maintain accurate and organized records, including invitations and daily tour manifests for audit and reference.
+ Prepare and distribute daily and weekly performance reports.
+ Track and compile team member performance data for evaluation and improvement.
+ Collaborate with In-House and Front Line Sales Managers to align on available tour seats and projected tour flow.
+ Communicate all relevant marketing and concierge updates clearly and promptly across departments.
+ Coordinate with sales leadership regarding updates or changes to marketing programs, including booking processes and gifting policies.
+ Submit accurate and timely employee payroll and commissions data.
+ Perform additional related duties and responsibilities as required by site or corporate leadership.
**Qualifications:**
+ Minimum of 2 years' experience in timeshare sales and marketing required.
+ Management or supervisory experience (minimum 2 years) in a similar environment preferred.
+ Strong ability to engage with customers, sales teams, and resort staff in a professional and effective manner.
+ Demonstrated attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
+ Capable of managing multiple priorities and resolving issues in a high-paced environment.
+ Working knowledge of commission-based payroll systems preferred.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) required.

Le Manager Marketing & Brand chez Knauf a pour rôle de développer, promouvoir et renforcer l’image de marque de l’entreprise tout en soutenant les objectifs commerciaux. Cette mission consiste à concevoir et mettre en œuvre des stratégies marketing efficaces pour valoriser les produits et solutions Knauf, accroître leur visibilité sur le marché et garantir une cohérence dans la communication de la marque dans le respect des valeurs Knauf et des règles du groupe.

Activités et Responsabilités

Tâches principales :

  • Concevoir et mettre en œuvre des plans marketing alignés avec les objectifs commerciaux et les valeurs de Knauf, en tenant compte des spécificités du marché local.
  • Superviser l’identité visuelle et verbale de Knauf pour garantir une communication cohérente sur tous les supports (digital, print, événements) et renforcer la notoriété de la marque conjointement avec les chefs de produits.
  • Planifier et exécuter des campagnes de lancement pour promouvoir les nouvelles solutions Knauf, en mettant en avant leurs avantages et leur valeur ajoutée pour les clients.
  • Collaborer avec les départements de la direction commerciale ainsi que toutes les autres directions de l’entreprise pour aligner les initiatives marketing avec les priorités stratégiques.
  • Mesurer l’efficacité des campagnes à l’aide d’indicateurs clés (KPI) et ajuster les stratégies en fonction des résultats obtenus.
  • Organiser ou superviser des événements (salons, conférences) et développer des collaborations avec des partenaires pour accroître la visibilité de Knauf.
  • Garantir le strict respect des règles du brand et de la charte graphique Knauf au sein de l’entreprise.

Objectifs spécifiques :

  • Positionner Knauf comme un leader incontournable dans le secteur de la construction en développant une image de marque forte, cohérente et alignée avec les valeurs de l’entreprise.
  • Concevoir des campagnes marketing ciblées pour promouvoir les produits et solutions Knauf, générer de la demande et soutenir les équipes commerciales dans l’atteinte de leurs objectifs.
  • Assurer le succès des lancements de nouveaux produits ou systèmes en mettant en avant leur valeur ajoutée et leur différenciation sur le marché.
  • Développer des outils et des supports marketing qui répondent aux besoins des clients et partenaires, tout en renforçant leur engagement envers la marque.
  • Identifier les évolutions du marché et les attentes des clients pour adapter les stratégies marketing et maintenir la compétitivité de Knauf.
  • Définir, suivre et optimiser le budget marketing pour une meilleure exploitation des ressources.
  • Garantir que tous les messages et supports marketing reflètent les valeurs et l’identité de Knauf.

Projets ou activités secondaires :

  • Superviser des projets visant à améliorer la visibilité de Knauf sur les plateformes numériques, comme le SEO, les réseaux sociaux ou des campagnes publicitaires en ligne.
  • Développer des partenariats avec des leaders d’opinion ou des influenceurs dans le secteur de la construction pour accroître la portée des campagnes marketing.
  • Intégrer des projets de responsabilité sociale, comme des formations pour des communautés locales ou des initiatives en faveur de la construction durable.
Compétences Requises

Niveau d’étude : Bac+5 (Master) en marketing, communication ou sciences commerciales ; formation supplémentaire sur les outils de communication.

Compétences techniques :

  • Maîtrise de l’élaboration et de la mise en œuvre de plans marketing alignés avec les objectifs commerciaux et les valeurs de Knauf.
  • Expertise dans le développement et la gestion de l’identité de marque, y compris la cohérence visuelle et verbale sur tous les supports et canaux.
  • Compétences dans l’utilisation des outils de marketing digital (SEO, SEM, réseaux sociaux, CRM) et des plateformes d’analyse (Google Analytics, outils de reporting) pour mesurer l’efficacité des campagnes.
  • Expérience dans la planification et l’exécution de campagnes de lancement de produits, en mettant en avant leurs avantages concurrentiels.
  • Capacité à réaliser des études de marché, à identifier les tendances et à comprendre les attentes des clients pour adapter les stratégies marketing.
  • Compétences en planification, coordination et suivi des projets marketing, y compris la gestion des budgets et des délais.
  • Expertise dans la création de contenus et de campagnes adaptés à différents canaux (digital, print, événements) pour maximiser l’impact.

We're looking for a passionate and creative individual to join the vibrant Marketing team as a **Marketing Management Trainee** (MIT). This **12-month Internship program** offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in hospitality marketing with exposure to all aspects of brand, digital, and communications strategy - while being part of a supportive, collaborative, and inspiring environment at one of Dubai's most distinct lifestyle hotels.
As a Marketing MIT, you will play an active role in bringing the Andaz brand to life through creative and strategic initiatives. You'll support the execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand activities across various outlets, while assisting in the creation of engaging digital and social media content aligned with the hotel's identity. You will collaborate with internal teams - including F&B, Spa, Rooms, and Events, to promote key offerings and experiences, and help organize photo and video shoots to support content creation. Additionally, you'll monitor social media performance, and online reputation; contribute fresh ideas to boost engagement across channels; assist in preparing marketing reports, presentations, and competitor analysis; and support PR and influencer collaborations through effective communication and coordination.
**Qualifications:**

o A recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field is a must.
