- Preferably Bachelor’s degree in Business
- Relevant product management experience with top tier international sports or lifestyle brands
- Experience as a footwear buyer
- Advanced MS Office knowledge
- Ability to work alongside other functions
- General knowledge of go-to-market processes
- General knowledge of the retail environment
- Strong analytical skills
- Technical product knowledge
- Ability to convincingly present category knowledge using PowerPoint and spreadsheet software tools;
- Fluency in the English language (speaking, reading, writing) at a business level

- Readiness and ability to travel
- Manage all merchandise/product related matters pertaining to Footwear, including, but not limited to, Sportstyle and Performance footwear categories.
- Execute the global and regional merchandising strategy.
- Define the GCC footwear collection according to corporate/regional targets and in line with the regional/global business strategy.
- Market research of competitors’ products.
- Define prices at the article level, according to competitors’ similar products.
- Propose forecasts based on historical data, trend analysis and other approaches.
- Analyze sales data, account buying trends and forecasting future sales volumes.
- Support wholesale business planning.
- Finalize buying plans for the GCC.
- Regular reporting as per requirements / guidelines.
- Day to day work that requires coordination of customer service and purchasing (cancellation, increase orders, maintain updated database, look for FTS, data entry IPS, provide info to sales, create VLP).

Job Summary:
The Visual Merchandiser will be responsible for developing and executing a compelling visual merchandising strategy that enhances the customer experience and aligns with Mouawad’s luxury brand identity. This role will oversee all aspects of in-store and product displays, window displays, packaging ideation to execution, and the integration of visual elements to drive sales and brand consistency.
Key Responsibilities:
Visual Merchandising Strategy & Execution:
- Define, design, and implement a creative visual merchandising strategy that enhances brand storytelling and customer engagement.
- Support in the creative conception, implementation and execution of all VM assets for new launches including but not limited to: promotional sites, pop ups, windows, podiums, event space design , lightboxes, instore screen content in a timely manner algning with marketing calendar
- Create appealing and eye-catching visual displays that guide customers through the store and showcase key collections.
- Develop and produce showcase animation and displays, signages, floor plans, and special promotional setups.
- Ensure displays are regularly updated to align with product launches, marketing campaigns, and seasonal themes.
- Research competitor strategies and provide recommendations for enhancing in-store experiences.
- Have knowledge of print and production build techniques and mindfullness of budget restrictions and leadtime
- Implement VM guidelines inline with brand creative direction
- VM monthly reports and measure impact
Store/Product Display Training & Collaboration:
- Oversee in-store product presentation, ensuring alignment with the brand’s luxury aesthetic and customer journey.
- Optimize store zoning and customer flow to create an engaging and seamless luxury shopping experience.
- Oversee the arrangement of VIP areas and private salons for high-net-worth clients and bespoke experiences.
- Train boutique staff with the support of retail on visual standards to optimize store layout for sales impact.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of different visual layouts on customer behavior and sales performance.
- Conduct regular store audits to maintain consistency in brand presentation across all boutique locations.
- Guide and mentor in store VM ambassadors ensuring adherence to luxury display standards.
Packaging Development & Execution:
- Lead the ideation and execution of premium packaging that reflects the brand’s luxury positioning.
- Collaborate with suppliers and designers to develop innovative packaging solutions.
- Ensure packaging aligns cost efficiency without compromising on quality.
Budgeting & Supplier Coordination:
- Monitor costs and work within budget for all visual merchandising activities.
- Liaise with suppliers to source materials and elements needed for displays and packaging.
- Ensure high-quality production and timely execution of all visual elements.
- Tracking of budget and invoices, alignment on the allocated budget to avoid overspending
Trend & Data Analysis:
- Conduct research on lifestyle, demographics, and design trends to continuously refine the visual merchandising approach.
- Stay updated on industry trends and innovations to enhance the customer experience.
- Analyze customer behavior and the impact of visual merchandising strategies on sales, making data-driven recommendations.
- Competitor analysis
Qualifications & Skills:
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, retail, merchandise and suppliers.
- Proven experience in visual merchandising, preferably in the luxury or jewelry industry.
- Strong creative and design sensibility with an eye for detail.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills and effective communication
- Strong analytical skills to measure the effectiveness of visual merchandising strategies.

- At least 4 years of experience in a Banking/financial institution
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, or Economics
- Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or Financial Planning Designation Course from a Reputable Institute
- Written and spoken English
- Knowledge of sales and financial products including leveraged solutions
- Knowledge of financial markets, including products such as Mutual Funds, Exchange-Traded Funds (ETFs) Bonds and equities
- Competitive Salary : The indicative pay range for this role is 18000 AED– 26000AED per month. Additionally, all employees are eligible to participate in one of our rewarding variable pay plans.
