• Manage the Contracting and Negotiation Specialists in coordination with the Regional Contracting Manager and the Director of Contracting.
• Support in partnering with the hotels and coordination with the rates, special offers, seasons, allocations, release periods, overrides, terms & conditions, and cancellation policies – clarification and if possible, for better rates/conditions.
• Negotiate with the hotels and solve any issues of the team in a timely manner.
• Review, compare, and analyze rates in each market and study the product requirements of each market.
• Assign the team for the in-site inspections and prepare hotel assessment reports.
• Track and correct product performance/support problems and assist in driving sales results.
• Manage accurate update and maintenance of back-office systems.
• Ensure that entered rates are correct and up to date.
• Regularly monitor the online system for last-minute bookings, cancellations, and other related transactions.
• Liaise with key departments in the company for smooth operations.
• Assist in resolving contracting-related issues from other departments.
• Constantly communicate & cooperate with the hotels & tour operators to achieve planned goals.
• Handle and monitor the team attendance and schedules to ensure that operations run smoothly.
• Train new staff in contracting, SOP, policies, system, etc.

• At least 5 years of relevant experience at supervisory or similar level role in the tourism/hospitality field within the UAE region.
• Hands-on experience in data entry related to contracts.
• Ability to establish and sustain professional relationships.
• Having great contacts in the industry will be advantageous.

We are hiring a Procurement Engineer – Civil Materials (Negotiation) to join our procurement team. This role is key to securing the best pricing, terms, and contracts for our civil construction materials while ensuring quality and timely delivery.

• Negotiate with vendors to secure optimal pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules
• Review BOQ and ensure material procurement aligns with project requirements
• Manage vendor relationships to ensure reliability and quality compliance
• Prepare, review, and finalize purchase orders and contracts
• Identify cost-saving opportunities without impacting quality or timelines
• Maintain accurate records in SAP/ERP systems for procurement transactions

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
• Good understanding of BOQ, technical specs, and civil materials
• Proven ability to achieve cost savings in procurement
• Proficiency in SAP/ERP procurement modules and MS Office
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
