Patient Assessment: Conduct comprehensive health evaluations and develop tailored care plans.
Medication Administration: Administer prescribed medications and monitor patient response.
Vital Sign Monitoring: Record and observe vital signs (e.g. temperature pulse blood pressure).
Wound Care: Perform wound dressing and monitor healing progress.
Patient & Family Education: Guide patients and their families on care routines health management and equipment usage.
Documentation: Accurately document care treatments and observations in patient records.
