We are seeking a seasoned Hospitality Operations Manager to lead our team of Hospitality Agents. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing scalable processes that drive efficiency and excellence in our city operations.

The ideal candidate is a strong people leader who can inspire and motivate a team to deliver an exceptional guest experience while supporting our city operations. You will have a proven track record of managing direct reports, prioritizing tasks, and driving team performance through coaching, training, and accountability.

• Support Hospitality Agents by training, coaching, and providing performance feedback

Our organization is seeking an experienced and skilled Service Operations Manager to oversee the entire services and parts operations within selected regions of the UAE market.

• Manage services and parts business for assigned regions in the UAE market.
• Design, streamline, and enhance working processes for frontline services teams managing machinery and scaffolding parts across rental cycles.
• Standardize service-related processes and implement routine follow-ups to correct deviations and ensure quality.
• Develop and improve incentive and penalty schemes for services teams, conducting regular performance evaluations.
