Time & Attendance (T&A) and Payroll Data Management
- Ensure accuracy and consistency between Time & Attendance systems and payroll data in Oracle EBS/HCM.
- Reconcile T&A edits with employee timesheets and attendance records.
- Analyze trends and patterns in T&A data to identify opportunities for payroll optimization.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies between T&A records and payroll calculations.

Payroll Operations
- Maintain and update employee payroll information in Oracle EBS / HCM.
- Process monthly payroll, including salary computation, statutory deductions, and allowances.
- Handle end-to-end processing of Full & Final Settlements, Leave Salary, Leave Travel Allowance, and other payouts in line with Landmark policies and local labor laws.
- Prepare and issue payslips.
- Manage and resolve payroll-related queries from employees and stakeholders.
