About the Job

The Business Growth Leader will manage distributors and key account managers to deliver profit and growth to the UAE business. They will implement future strategies and routes to market, driving excellence in execution through distributor sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Accelerate growth and profit for the UAE and region by unlocking sales opportunities and driving net revenue management.
  2. Collaborate with distributors on different portfolios to ensure growth from profitable SKUs.
  3. Lead relationships with pharmacy key accounts to foster partnerships and unlock growth opportunities using customer growth frameworks.
  4. Identify opportunities to enhance portfolio mix and develop strategies for accelerated growth on high-profit SKUs, including pricing initiatives for margin enhancement.
