This role is responsible for overseeing the delivery of projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget execution. As a Delivery Manager, you will be accountable for coordinating cross-functional teams and vendors to deliver high-quality solutions that meet customer expectations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business Administration or Project Management;
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Scrum Master certification is highly desirable;
- No less than 14 years of experience in the Banking/Fintech/IT sector with at least 4 years of exposure to Mobile & Internet banking projects or programs;
- Excellent knowledge of project management methodologies (traditional & agile), tools, and mobile app release mechanisms;
- Proven expertise in Scrum with exposure to scaling frameworks such as SAFe or LeSS;
- Certification as a Scrum Master (CSM / PSM / SSM / PMI-ACP) and AWS Cloud Practitioner/Developer is preferred;
- Strong leadership and communication skills;
- Understanding of software development life cycle and infrastructure connectivity;
- Knowledge of banking products, digital channels, and services;
- Ability to work with multiple teams across the organization and understand application architecture;
- Experience in coaching and coordinating agile delivery squads;
- Experience in supporting product owners in backlog refinement;
- Ability to plan ahead, surface hidden risks, and ensure stakeholder management;
- Hands-on experience as a Project Manager with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
- Ability to prepare business cases, project estimates, and cost templates;
- Resolve project challenges to enable teams to deliver on time;
- Provide regular project status reports, challenges, risk, and mitigation plans;
- Good knowledge of monitoring production releases of multiple Mobile/Internet banking features with dependencies;
- Experience in using various Project Management Tools;
- Experience in vendor/partner management;
- Practical exposure to DevOps (CI/CD) and cloud/micro-services based projects.
