BIM/CAD Technician (Infra & Dry Utilities / MV & LV Power Distribution)

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented BIM/CAD Technician to join our team! In this role, you will be required to perform from basic to moderately-difficult design/drafting assignments.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Experience on infrastructure dry utilities mainly MV, LV Power Distribution, Pumping Stations etc.
• Work closely with CAD & BIM Managers and Design Leads to complete the assigned project deliverable in compliance with the required Standards and Quality.
• Develop engineering drawings consisting of basic arrangements, layouts, flow sheets, assemblies, isometrics, component details from rough sketches and/or from general engineering and design information according to established standards and procedures, and ensure timely completion.
• Review each drawing for readability, presentation and adherence to standards, in accordance with company QA/QC process.
• Good knowledge in content creation and able to create different types of parametric and non-parametric families.
• Collaborate and communicate with other disciplines on coordination issues.
• Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
• Candidates with knowledge of local authority electricity standards and regulations (DEWA, SEWA, Etihad WE, DM etc.) are preferred.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:
