• A minimum HNC/HND in Engineering, Business Management, Quantity Surveying or similar is required, as well as a minimum of 10 years' experience working within a planning environment for an oil & gas contractor.
• The successful candidate will be skilled in the use of Primavera and other related software packages, and possess advanced knowledge of key skills such as commercial and contractual diligence, risk analysis/awareness, and project management.

Main Responsibilities:

• Establish the resource plan and progress measurement system
• Prepare histograms and S curves from the Contract Master Schedule
• Review procurement and subcontract plans to ensure they comply with Contract Master Schedule
• Monitor progress against Contract Master Schedule and propose any re-schedules required
• Assist in the development of work packs for all disciplines, where required
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports in accordance with contract and internal procedural requirements
• Prepare 6 week lookaheads
• Maintain an as-built schedule
• Assist in ad-hoc exercise to support variation/claim preparation including delay analysis, preparation of timelines, etc.
• Update the Contract Master Schedule on a weekly basis, monitor deviations and identify any problem areas to the Project Manager and Business Line Leaders
