We are seeking a highly skilled Project Planning Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in planning and project controls, with experience in producing schedules, cost estimates, proposals, and managing complex projects.
- A minimum HNC/HND in Engineering, Business Management, Quantity Surveying or similar is required, as well as a minimum of 10 years' experience working within a planning environment for an oil & gas contractor.
- The successful candidate will be skilled in the use of Primavera and other related software packages, and possess advanced knowledge of key skills such as commercial and contractual diligence, risk analysis/awareness, and project management.
Main Responsibilities:
- Establish the resource plan and progress measurement system
- Prepare histograms and S curves from the Contract Master Schedule
- Review procurement and subcontract plans to ensure they comply with Contract Master Schedule

- Assist in the development of work packs for all disciplines, where required
