Job Description
The Contractor shall provide OM&R support for all generators, automatic transfer switched (ATS), synchronization gears and light carts, refueling support services to enable refueling of all operational generators on an ongoing basis. The Contractor shall provide inspections, maintenance as required. In addition, the Contractor shall perform facility management and maintenance and repair for fuel systems supporting facility stationery and emergency back-up generators.
**Essential Responsibilities:**
The Contractor shall use all USG provided generators, transformers, switchgears, fuel tanks, cabling and any other equipment needed to support the government's requests of spot generators providing prime power for mission requirements. Additionally, in order to minimize mission impact due to power outages caused by routine maintenance or unexpected equipment failure, the Contractor shall utilize USG provided back-up generators to meet the performance objectives of providing reliable and continuous prime power support and no scheduled power outages longer than one (1) hour.
The Contractor shall:
Install, remove, and operate electrical power generating and control systems, automatic or manual transfer switches and associated equipment with proper technical skills.
Check equipment for serviceability; position equipment such as gasoline and diesel engines, generators, switchgear, air compressors, and other power generating auxiliary equipment.
Check installed equipment to ensure compliance with publications, policies, and directives.
Inspect, test, and service component systems such as safety, fuel, lubrication, cooling, and air pressure, pumps, regulators, governors, and accessory equipment.
Observe and interpret instruments such as ammeters, voltmeters, frequency meters, synchro scopes, automatic temperature and pressure recorders, and engine oil, fuel, and coolant gauges.
Adjust engine generator systems to maintain proper voltage, current, frequency, and synchronization; synchronize multiple generators when needed.
The Contractor shall operate medium and low voltage generators as required. Operations of the electric generators include start-up, transfer of load, generation, and shutdown of all associated electric power equipment. Operations responsibilities include monitoring and adjusting generator and electrical output performance as required; ensuring adequate stores of fuel are available for continuous operation of the plants; switching operating generators to maintain electrical output while permitting servicing on generators taken off line. Duties include observation of key and critical operational parameters and taking appropriate measures in the event of out-of-tolerance conditions. For locations where generators are providing prime power, performance of these duties must be on a 24-hour a day, 7-day week shift schedule, if continuous power is required. The Contractor shall use technical orders, where applicable, and employ good commercial practices in all generator operations, including use of AFMAN , applicable UFCs, manufacturer instructions, industry standards, and environmental/occupational safety requirements.

**Minimum Position Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:**
+ High school diploma or equivalent training/experience and a valid driver's license

Job Specific Accountabilities
Toll Blender Finalisation
• Support the Division in prospecting and due diligence to find out toll blenders in the country of interest.
• Studies and analyses the current situation for existing and future investments. Obtains market specific data on cost of raw materials, blending fees, competitor price analysis, feasibility of blending.
• Ensure the shortlisted parties meet ADNOC HSE & Quality requirements.
Operational Strategy:
• Develop strategies, policies and procedures for Toll Blending Department. Develop and direct implementation of strategy for each toll blending locations by developing standard and unique SOPS.
• Plan and monitor toll blending COGS to ensure operational profitability of ADNOC lubricants at all times. Negotiate terms and conditions in a changing environment of toll blenders for new products and offerings.
• Defines processes to capture production data & designs management information system routes to capture and aggregate production data. Makes resources available and train stakeholders on implementation of new processes. Monitors compliance level with processes and report challenge.
• Ensures ADNOC sustainability agenda is embedded in the Lubricant Division operation processes; drives ADNOC Group AI & digitisation agenda for all operations within Lubricant Division.
• Implements robust BCP for Lubricant Division operation with UAE as well as for International location. This not only includes direct blending filling operation but also address all raw material and packaging suppliers as well.
Job Specific Accountabilities2
Operational Responsibilities
• Responsible for directing and managing all toll blending process including:
oEnsure proper communication with Finance Group, DSD, ISD, ITD, LD and all other departments as necessary for Third Party Blending and operations.
oSingle point of communication between toll blender and ADD after signup of agreement with the toll blender
oReview cost price list from toll blender on a monthly basis and send across to DMIS / DMDS.
• Domestic Toll Blending:
oArrange for registration of multiple toll blenders in the UAE and countries of direct operations like KSA.
oEnsure blending orders and purchase orders are timely and accurately placed for domestic orders. Ensure timely and accurate product delivery to ADD warehouse.
oReview monthly reconciliation for domestic supplies received from toll blenders. Approve Domestic Toll Blender Invoices against supply.
oIssue Authorization for Packaging suppliers to supply packaging materials to toll blenders.
• International Toll Blending:
oManage International Toll Blending Operation through different model including: Franchise, Royality and Subsidiary as applicable in different geography.
oEnsure Royalty Proforma Invoice and Dispatch Advice are issued to Toll Blenders.
oControl / monitor local transaction between distributor and toll blender for International Sales.
oEnsure Product Delivery to International Distributors from International Toll Blenders at right price with right royalty.
oEnsure payment of taxes and duties, if any, by toll blender in the respective countries.

• Base Oil & Specialties:
oResponsible for the terminal operation for Gr III base oil distribution within UAE
oSupport purchase and supply chain activities for supply of specialty chemicals and other item to ADNOC group for inhouse consumption.
oAccountable for the operational gain & losses in Gr III Base Oil operations.
oSupport enhancement of storage capacity & other operation facilities as required for further business development.
• Supply Chain, Warehousing and Logistics:
oResponsible for managing the entire supply chain, warehousing & logistics for the domestic lubricant business in UAE
oSupport the Supply Chain operation (mange supply or raw materials & selection of packaging suppliers) in international location for the country of operation
oSupport the selection, onboarding & flawless operation of warehouses & logistics partners for the international country of operation
oEnsure all domestic & international operations meet the ADNOC HSE & Quality requirements.
oLead the RCA & CAPA as applicable for any customer complaint received.
Minimum Qualification
• Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent. Engineering/ Chemical Background preferred.
• MBA is an advantage.

• 12 years of experience in Lubricants Blending especially Toll Blending. At least 6 years of managerial responsibilities.
• Multi-functional operational management experience.

• Strong experience in project management and the execution of complex projects that are critical to the delivery of business strategies and goals.

Job Description
The purpose of this position is to provide work direction to assigned Power Production Technicians. Work with other technicians or crews in the performance of assigned work duties. Responsible for the operation, maintenance, and inspection of power production equipment.
**Essential Responsibilities:**
+ Examines machines and mechanical equipment to diagnose source of trouble.
+ Dismantles or partly dismantles machines and performing repairs that mainly involve the use of hand tools in scraping and fitting parts.
+ Replaces broken or defective parts with items obtained from stock; orders the production of a replacement part by a machine shop or sends the machine to a machine shop for major repairs; prepares written specifications for major repairs or for the production of parts ordered from machine shops.
+ Reassemble machines and make all necessary adjustments for operation.
+ Oversees and ensures all assigned and required tasks are performed during shift.
+ Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ High school diploma or equivalent training/experience and a valid driver's license.
+ A minimum of seven (7) years of full-time verifiable experience required.
+ Requires rounded training and experience usually acquired through a formal apprenticeship or equivalent training and experience.
+ Shall be qualified as Power Production journeyman or master technicians with a minimum of two (2) years of experience in the maintenance and operation of commercial grade generators ranging in size from 5 to 2500 kilowatts is not required but strongly desired.
+ Excluded from this classification are workers whose primary duties involve setting up or adjusting machines.
+ Must have the ability to use hand and power tools and related types of equipment peculiar to the trade.
+ Must have the ability to read and follow schematics, blueprints and other specifications.
+ Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret US Government Clearance. Note: US Citizenship is required to obtain a Secret Clearance.
**Work Environment, Physical Demands, and Mental Demands:**
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts.
