- Manage all project activities related to infrastructure and ensure compliance with ALDAR requirements and authorities’ standards
- Monitor all project schedules and cash flows for adherence to original schedule and budget and ensure progress is accurately reported to management
- Identify deviations from plan and initiate mitigation actions to compensate for deviations in close alignment with Development Management
- Establish and improve network with Government entities for smooth processing of licenses and permits
- Manage project progress revenue (VOWD) in accordance with targets to achieve overall KPIs
Min of 14+ years of experience in project management oversight in a real estate company with annual revenue of at least AED 2 billion.
YOE IN MANAGERIAL POSITIONMin of 6+ years in a related managerial position
FIELD OF EXPERIENCE- Proven experience of managing construction for developments with CAPEX 4-6 billion AED.
- Strong knowledge and exposure to the GCC real estate market

Project Execution
- Enforce project plan and escalates major technical issues with the consultant engineer when required under the guidance of the project manager.
- Facilitate project handover and oversee the decommissioning of teams and infrastructure in alignment with directives from the Project Manager and the HOD (Engineering).
- Participate in regular project status meetings to ensure alignment and progress tracking of milestones.
- Assure product quality by coordinating with respective manufacturers/vendors for designing electrical equipment as per contract scope & technical specifications.
- Liaise with clients, consultants and sub‑contractors; participating in technical discussions; obtaining approvals in a timely manner as requested by the Project Manager.
- Assist in the project completion with Energization as well as final project handover.
- Undertake additional tasks or responsibilities as may be reasonably requested by the HOD (Engineering), within the scope or works.
Research & Development
- Stay up to date with the latest advancements in transmission and distribution technologies and sustainable energy solutions.
- Contribute to R&D efforts in grid optimization, energy storage integration, and renewable energy solutions.
Field Work
- Liaise with the resident HSE personnel on site to ensure that consultant engineer and the Company’s HSE policies are implemented in accordance with the approved HSE plan by the client.
- Set necessary measures to ensure zero harm policy in environment, health and safety.
- Uphold the highest standards of quality and compliance throughout the project execution phase.
- Monitor and control the progress against the planned schedule for the entire project works.
- Co‑ordination and preparation of red‑marks and As‑built drawing and documents.
Collaboration & Communication
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and IT, to ensure seamless coordination.
