Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of civil construction projects (e.g., high-rise buildings, villas, or commercial structures).
- Review contract documents, technical drawings, and project specifications to develop detailed project plans and resource schedules.
- Ensure the project is completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Lead site teams, including engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors, ensuring smooth coordination and productivity.
- Monitor progress through regular site visits, progress reports, and coordination meetings.
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards as per project and regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and local authorities for approvals, inspections, and progress reviews.
- Approve work schedules, procurement requests, material submittals, and method statements.
- Identify and resolve project risks, delays, and issues through effective problem-solving.
- Conduct project reviews, prepare reports for senior management, and track KPIs.
- Supervise handover procedures, snag list closure, and final documentation (as-built drawings, O&M manuals, warranties, etc.).
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 15–20 years of experience in civil construction, with at least 7 years in a project management role in the UAE.
- Proven experience in delivering high-rise buildings, villas, or large-scale commercial projects.
- Strong knowledge of UAE construction codes, municipality regulations, and authority approval procedures.
- PMP or similar certification is an advantage.
