We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Executive – Project Delivery (Emirati) to support the end-to-end execution of real estate and construction projects. This role involves working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with organizational objectives.
Salary - AED 15,000 - 25,000 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the delivery of multiple projects by tracking progress, resource allocation, and timelines.
- Assist in monitoring project communication plans and promptly flagging any potential issues.
- Contribute to the change management process by helping document and communicate schedule or budget changes.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to resolve issues such as quality deviations or schedule delays.
- Aid in the implementation of contractor mitigation plans, tracking procurement and execution steps.
- Attend project design meetings to support alignment across teams.
- Assist with tracking and validating project costs alongside cost consultants.
- Coordinate with consultants and contractors to manage scopes of work and budgets.

Qualifications & Skills:
Education:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with Power BI is a plus
