  • Be responsible for liaising and advising the Clients on changes to local law and legislation that may affect the operations of the property and seek approval and direction on implementing / cascading directives that will affect the day-to-day operations of the site.
  • Have a close working relationship with the Clients Facility Manager Administrator TFM service providers Leasing Agents and other Stakeholders to ensure effective communication and teamwork/synergy between the various departments.
  • Be responsible for reviewing the clients contract with the TFM service providers ensuring the proficient delivery of the scope of works and specification of services detailed within them so that all activities that are required are in place to operate the property efficiently and effectively.
  • Facilitate and undertake property and asset management services of the property which includes but is not limited to the following:

a) HSE Requirements and Building Inspections (including permits method statements

fit-out supervision etc.)

    • Ensure properties comply with RERA regulations, Dubai Land Department (DLD) requirements, and UAE real estate laws.
    • Manage lease disputes, evictions, and legal matters in coordination with legal counsel.
    • Maintain proper documentation of leases, contracts, and property-related records.
  5. Marketing & Business Development
    • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop leasing strategies and property promotions.
    • Identify and implement strategies to enhance property value and attract high-quality tenants.
    • Build and maintain relationships with brokers, investors, and real estate agencies.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in property management, preferably in Dubai's real estate sector.
Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of UAE real estate laws, RERA regulations, and leasing procedures.
  • Experience in budgeting, financial reporting, and rent collection processes.
  • Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi, Propertyware, or similar).
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple properties efficiently while ensuring high tenant satisfaction.
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
