**Job Summary:**
A key role in a larger International Supplier Commodity Assurance organization, the Quality Assurance Manager is poised to be the primary quality interface between Raytheon Emirates Limited (REL), the Program, and the global supply base. This position will be responsible for ensuring components, assemblies, and procedures produced in-country comply with mission and part requirements, REL's quality management system, and customer requirements. The successful candidate will also play a significant role in developing and maintaining quality systems and processing within the REL production area.
This position is Onsite and is located in Abu Dhabi, UAE developing, managing, and executing REL's quality processes. Travel within UAE will be required upwards of 20%, as required to support local sites' production schedules. This position will interface with local suppliers in UAE.

**What You Will Do**
+ Use critical thinking resources and methods to improve product design; minimize inspection; resolve manufacturing defects/problems; complete such specialized quality functions as data preparation, analyses, and reporting.
+ Support the implementation of local business area quality management systems and maintain them; ensuring process, product, and policy compliance.
+ Perform product and process audits for compliance to various standards and product requirements.
+ Conduct product / process and area audits or assessments.
+ Develop product acceptance techniques and plans.
+ Lead and support factory and product process improvements.
+ Lead First Article Inspection process and complete First Article Inspection Reports.
+ Engage cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on top priorities to drive containment, Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) implementation.
+ Lead / Facilitate Process Failure Modes & Effects Analysis on processes and products to prevent product defects and mitigate risk.
+ Develop product Quality Control Plans, based on technical key product characteristics.
+ Support hardware quality drawing & design reviews.
+ Support Mission Assurance requirements for an electromechanical assembly and integration area with high product mix where review and quality disposition of products is essential.
+ Assure Special Test Equipment and tooling comply with approved assembly and tooling drawings, assembly instructions, test procedures and metrology requirements.
+ Act on all applicable material, product and equipment alerts to prevent impact to product reliability using the nonconformance and/or purge process.
+ Manage dropped and damaged hardware processing and incident reporting.
**Qualifications You Must Have**
+ Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Math, Science, or Technology or other STEM related field of study
+ Minimum of (8) years related engineering experience
+ Minimum of (3) years of experience within one of the following disciplines: Quality, Manufacturing or Engineering capacity
+ Experience with AS9100 or ISO9001 Quality Management systems
+ Experience with electromechanical manufacturing and assembly
+ Experience with Project Management, and Risk Assessment and Opportunity Management
+ Experience with customer interface for product acceptance and/or corrective action response
+ Previous experience delivering presentations and technical reports utilizing MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
**Qualifications We Prefer**
+ Thorough organizational, collaborative and communication skills
+ Experience with metrology, measurement resources and practices
+ Knowledge and inspection application of J-STD-001
+ Knowledge with the application of Advance Product Quality Planning (APQP) and Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) (AS9145)
+ Practical experience of CORE/Six Sigma methodologies (e.g. Kaizen, Lean, Define/Measure/Analyze/Improve/Control (DMAIC), and Define/Measure/Analyze/Design/Verify (DMADV) ) and resources (e.g. Analysis of Variance (ANOVA), Statistical Process Control (SPC), Capability Analysis, Design of Experiments (DOE), and Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA) ).
+ Experience in aerospace-related manufacturing environment
+ Experience with project / program bid and proposal development
+ Ability to lead a team and drive team growth amid individual development
+ Project Management Professional Certification
+ External industry Quality certification, i.e. American Society for Quality (ASQ) Certified Quality Engineer, ISO9001, or equivalent

+ Program, Set Up, Calibrate, And Operate the Hexagon Laser ARM Measurement System According to Specifications.
+ Perform accurate measurements of parts and components to ensure compliance with engineering drawings and quality standards.

Job Description
The Trainer I is responsible for delivering client focused training to address the new hire, product update and recursive training requirement of Concentrix in support of client programs to ensure superior workforce preparation with best in class service and delivery. This position requires attaining and maintaining certification in the Trainer Certification Program (101/102), provides mentoring to Program Ready Trainers, curriculum review and modification as needed, and evaluation of training programs using various feedback methods.
**Essential Functions/Core Responsibilities**
+ Responsible for day-to-day functional direction of agents within the program training classroom environment, including student progress monitoring for the duration of training, providing coaching and developmental feedback and readiness recommendations
+ Utilize effective presentation and facilitation skills including creative training techniques and adult/accelerated learning techniques using a variety of training delivery modalities in a classroom environment
+ Prepare and present training materials through classroom learning, hands on demonstrations, and supporting activities
+ Accountable for achieving individual training performance metrics
+ Support and partner with Operations to transition of agents from training to production environment, ensuring competency levels meet business needs (where required)
+ Maintain relevant product knowledge for each account by taking calls, attending client and cross functional meetings (as needed), and side by side observations
+ Ensure effective, consistent communication with managers, peers, and other resource groups, including day-to-day informal interaction with clients
+ May support Instructional Design team in designing and developing training materials for various instructional delivery methods including; computer-based training, interactive, classroom training, and written job aids
+ Measure the effectiveness of training programs using various feedback methods - focus groups, interviews, and surveys that will lead to enhancement of training resources and programs based on results of evaluation
+ Recommend curriculum modifications to Training Manager/Supervisor on the basis of internal customer feedback and/or Training Needs Analysis
+ Participate and contribute to continuous learning culture by maintaining engagement on change management, product and services releases, policies, processes, and procedures
**Candidate Profile**
+ Bachelor's Degree in related field from a four-year college or university with two to four years of relevant experience preferred
+ A bilingual English (B2+ level) and native Arabic speaker.
+ Proven experience in training methodologies, and soft skills (communication skills, critical thinking, time management, team building, etc.)
+ Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office
+ Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet timelines on deliverable
+ Self-starter, sense of urgency, and works well under pressure
+ Strong attention to detail
+ Sense of professionalism and ability to develop good relationships
