Key Responsibilities of Salesforce Business Analyst – Real Estate and Properties Domain Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Marketing Cloud
Ability to write clear user stories, define acceptance criteria, and manage product backlogs
Proficiency in Azure DevOps, JIRA, Confluence, or equivalent tools
Solid grasp of Agile/Scrum methodology
Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Business Analyst) are a plus
Experience with Lucidchart / Draw io for creating process flows
Familiarity with Apex, SOQL, Salesforce Flows, and declarative tools
Experience with data migration, integrations, or working with ETL tools is a big advantage
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years in the Salesforce ecosystem.
Proven experience in the Real Estate and Properties domain is mandatory.
Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM functionalities, workflows, reporting, and integration capabilities.
Experience with Salesforce tools like Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and third-party property management integrations is a plus.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
