As a Property Consultant you are responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, leasing, or investing in properties. The role involves networking with potential clients, conducting property viewings and inspections, preparing market analysis, negotiating terms and conditions, and providing expert advice on market trends, legal requirements, and financing options.
- At least 1 year of experience in real estate investment, or finance sectors, with some sales background
- Exceptional consulting and communication skills
- Demonstrated sales achievements and strong negotiation abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction
- In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and industry practices
- Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and social media platforms
- Real Estate and/or Property Management certification is a plus
- Fluent in Mandarin and English; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is advantageous
- Valid UAE driver's license preferred
- Salary and commission
- Up to 70% commission payable, uncapped

Job Purpose The Lease Admin Officer is responsible for the end-to-end administration of lease agreements, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution of all leasing activities. This role requires working closely with internal teams and tenants, maintaining accurate lease data in systems such as Yardi and Salesforce, and supporting lease lifecycle processes including renewals, terminations, and audits. Key Responsibilities Lease Administration • Prepare, review, and track lease agreements, addendums, renewals, and terminations. • Ensure all lease documentation is in compliance with company policies and legal standards. • Maintain lease data accurately in Yardi, including lease terms, rent schedules, and critical dates. • Process tenant move-ins and move-outs in coordination with property management. • Support rent collections, invoice generation, and lease-related reporting. System Management (Yardi & Salesforce) • Update and manage lease records in Yardi and Salesforce CRM. • Generate lease-related reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders. • Ensure accurate integration of lease data between systems. • Troubleshoot and escalate system issues as needed; collaborate with IT and software vendors. • Train and support staff in using Yardi and Salesforce for leasing workflows. Cross-Functional Coordination • Liaise with Finance, Legal, and Property teams to ensure smooth lease operations. • Coordinate with Marketing and Sales to ensure property availability and correct listing data. • Maintain effective communication with tenants regarding lease obligations and changes.
Requirements
Education & Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field. Experience • 3+ years of experience in lease administration or property management. • Hands-on experience with Yardi Voyager and Salesforce CRM is essential. • Experience in real estate or property leasing preferred. Skills & Knowledge • Strong knowledge of lease terms, real estate contracts, and regulatory compliance. • Proficiency in Yardi modules (especially leasing, accounts receivable, and reporting). • Familiarity with Salesforce for tracking tenant communications and lease pipelines. • Attention to detail with strong organizational and analytical skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. • Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines. Preferred Attributes • Proactive, process-driven mindset with problem-solving abilities. • Customer-focused with a high level of professionalism. • Comfortable working both independently and in a team environment.
