The Role:

We are hiring an Arabic-speaking Casting Manager with a background in recruitment to lead influencer outreach and onboarding. You will use our proprietary database to identify and engage influencers for campaigns—pitching opportunities, negotiating sign-ups, and earning commission on every successful collaboration.

This is a commercially focused role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and has a strong understanding of influencer culture in the Arab world.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reach out to influencers from our internal database to discuss campaign opportunities
• Pitch, negotiate, and close influencer sign-ups for brand campaigns
• Build strong relationships with both new and existing influencers to drive repeat collaborations
• Collaborate with campaign managers to align influencer profiles with client briefs
