Job Overview

The Talent Acquisition Manager role is responsible for leading and managing a team to deliver strategic recruitment services across various business units. This position involves developing and executing a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy, optimizing hiring processes, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals while promoting the company as an employer of choice.

Main Responsibilities
  • Strategic Development: Contribute to the development of the talent acquisition strategy in collaboration with internal and external agencies and stakeholders. Align hiring needs with department heads and business priorities to meet organizational objectives.
  • Team Leadership: Manage the Talent Acquisition team, providing direction, support, and development to ensure delivery against set objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Offer learning and development opportunities for team members to align with their career aspirations and business requirements.
  • Recruitment Management: Lead the recruitment of local and international talent across all Business Units based on targets set by management. Handle recruitment for senior positions and create assessment tools for critical roles. Monitor and evaluate candidate profiles and recruitment channel performance to ensure quality and efficiency in the hiring process.
  • Bulk Hiring Management: Manage bulk hiring projects while maintaining open and transparent communication with stakeholders and maintain a robust talent pipeline.
  • Process Optimization: Champion the automation of applicant tracking and recruitment processes, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records within the system. Introduce and manage new recruitment channels (e.g., social media, career fairs, university partnerships) to attract top talent while maintaining cost-effectiveness.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Work closely with HR Business Partners and department heads to gather manpower requirements and develop sourcing plans. Generate regular recruitment status reports for management, highlighting progress and challenges.
  • Employer Branding: Design and implement recruitment messaging to enhance the employer brand through various mediums, partnering with the marketing team for internal and external communications. Manage participation in career fairs and exhibitions to promote the company as an employer of choice.
