The Opportunity

A leadership role responsible for driving top-line revenue and forecasts across regions by executing our commercial strategy and business plan using company processes and tools.

The Regional Director of Sales will:
  • Lead, coach, develop, recruit, and retain commercial team talent, managing performance against KPIs.

Regional Director, Government Relations (MENA)

The position develops, coordinates, and implements advocacy on behalf of the Boeing Company’s telecommunications and radio frequency spectrum policy, regulatory and licensing business interests in Europe, Middle East and North Africa (MENA).

The role requires high- level knowledge of telecommunications, navigation and surveillance systems and technologies, with the ability to become an expert in international telecommunications radio regulations, government affairs, and regulatory processes in different countries.

The position requires the ability to establish relationships with key telecommunications regulatory and policy officials at the national, regional, and international levels, as well as work closely and develop coalitions with industry leaders and associations. A passion for aviation, satellite and defense interests is highly desirable.

Scope of Responsibilities:

  • Represent Boeing’s interests on telecommunications policy and licensing issues before government agencies, international and intergovernmental organizations, trade, and industry associations within the assigned geographic area.

  • Specifically, support Boeing’s advocacy efforts before the European Conference of Postal and Telecommunications Administrations (CEPT) and the Arab Spectrum Management Group (ASMG), as well as in regional satellite and aviation-related telecommunications and radio frequency spectrum groups.

  • As needed, obtain telecommunications licenses and authorizations in support of Boeing programs, products, and services.

  • Establish and maintain close contact with internal engineering and business leaders to understand their regulatory and policy requirements, particularly Boeing leadership in Europe, the Middle East and North Africa.

  • Write concise internal memos, external regulatory filings, and presentations to internal and external executive level audiences. Experience explaining complex technical issues to a non-technical audience.

  • Work with all groups within the organization, being responsive to requests for support in a timely manner.

  • Work on multiple parallel issues, demonstrated English language and writing skills, and the ability to work closely with a small remote team are critical to success in this position. Arabic language ability is advantageous.

External Relationship Management

  • External relationships and influence are critical to this position. The ability to work across cultures and diverse teams to find solutions to complex technical and regulatory problems is a large part of this position. The person in this position must have sufficient contacts and the ability to develop contacts and relationships in Europe, the Middle East and North Africa.

  • The ability to successfully advocate on behalf of Boeing spectrum initiatives across a range of satellite, defense, commercial space and aviation projects.

  • It is critical the candidate can develop and maintain professional relationships with people from diverse backgrounds.

Basic Qualifications Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of government relations experience with telecommunications or radio frequency spectrum regulatory and policy issues

  • Minimum 5 years of experience working in government affairs, preferably on telecommunications, radio frequency spectrum, aviation, satellite, or defense issues.

  • English language proficiency (both written and spoken) is required.

  • Willing to travel up to 30% of the time.

About the role :

At EMCD, our Sales Team drives our fast-growing global presence by identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, closing sales, and developing strong, trustable relationships with B2B clients. You will have the opportunity to combine your strategic sales skills with our innovative products. This role offers significant potential for career and financial growth.

The primary responsibility is to grow our Crypto Services product portfolio globally by promoting our platform to companies, resellers, fintech and crypto platforms, and brokerage houses, sharing our unique value proposition within the capital markets ecosystem:

  • Coinhold (B2B and API): A savings cryptocurrency wallet offering up to 14% annual yield, designed for storing cryptocurrencies and generating passive income through interest compounding.
  • Payroll: A system for automating salary payments and other remunerations via cryptocurrencies, suitable for companies with up to 200 staff, aiming to simplify international payments, reduce fees, and increase transparency and security.
  • SWAP: Instant, secure coin exchange for crypto projects, Web 3 wallets, DeFi trackers, and dApps, integrated with various trading platforms to offer the best rates on 500 coins. No account creation needed.
  • Cryptoprocessing: A payment gateway designed to grow sales for currency exchange services, online stores, gaming platforms, broker firms, travel companies, banking services, real estate, crowdfunding, and IT companies.

What you will be doing :
  • Lead sales growth strategy across the MENA region (Middle East and North Africa).
  • Build and manage direct sales operations for our products in the region.
  • Develop partnerships with local companies, resellers, fintech, and crypto platforms.
  • Build and scale a high-performing regional sales team.
  • Manage outbound sales (cold outreach) and inbound lead conversion processes.
  • Represent the company at key industry events and conferences across the region.
  • Support clients and partners throughout all engagement stages (pre-sale, sale, post-sale).
  • Analyze market trends, the competitive landscape, and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Ensure accurate reporting on sales metrics (deal volume, conversion rates, client retention) using Hubspot CRM.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to adapt strategies for the MENA market.
What you will bring :
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B technology sales or crypto/fintech/SaaS solutions within MENA.
  • Proven experience in managing outbound (cold outreach) and inbound sales channels.
  • Strong skills in building sales funnels, managing client retention, and closing complex deals.
  • Extensive network and familiarity with the local capital markets and investment ecosystem.
  • Background in enterprise fintech sales is a strong advantage.
  • Native Arabic speaker (mandatory); English proficiency at C1 level.
  • UAE citizenship or legal right to work in the UAE without sponsorship preferred.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and expanding customer base.
  • Experience in building and leading sales teams.
  • Skilled in developing partnership programs and closing agreements.
  • Ability to communicate technical and business concepts effectively to stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel across the region (20-30%).
  • Excellent presentation skills and experience speaking at industry events.
