The OpportunityA leadership role responsible for driving top-line revenue and forecasts across regions by executing our commercial strategy and business plan using company processes and tools.
The Regional Director of Sales will:- Lead, coach, develop, recruit, and retain commercial team talent, managing performance against KPIs.

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Regional Marketing Leader to spearhead our regional marketing strategy and delivery. The ideal candidate will drive lead generation, increase brand awareness, and support customer retention.
The successful candidate will be responsible for growing the pipeline for new accounts and the existing installed base. Their primary objectives will be to generate qualified leads and support their progression to close, while also increasing brand awareness in target segments and across the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a regional marketing strategy aligned with the regional business plan and global marketing objectives.
- Owning lead generation in core industries focused on by us in the region.
- Identify, research, and position us with high-potential companies, developing value propositions in collaboration with the Business Development team and Sales Managers (account-based marketing or ABM).
- Develop and implement marketing plans for the existing customer base, analyzing opportunities for upgrades and add-on sales, and executing customer retention and development activities.
- Collaborate with the central marketing team to build industry campaigns and localize them across the region.
- Manage local marketing communications, including events and internal and external communications, working with agencies as needed.
- Monitor, review, and report on marketing activities and results.
- Support regional management with pipeline, market, and segment insights and analysis.
- Implement strategic brand-building activities to support long-term regional growth in line with global initiatives.
- Lead, grow, and develop the APJMEA marketing team according to the regional business plan.
- Manage the marketing budget, including planning, forecasting, and submission.
- Oversee external productions, deliveries, and region-specific sales enablement materials.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong strategic and analytical skills.

- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Initiative, results-oriented, with strong drive and leadership qualities.
- Experience in team leadership and people development.
- Background in B2B marketing, especially in the software industry.
- Understanding of industrial software, including ERP, EAM, and Service Management (FSM and ESM).
- Knowledge of the six key industry focuses of us.
- University degree in business or marketing (preferred).
- Experience working with sales and partners (SIs and channels).
- Project management experience.
- Budget management experience.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic and Japanese is advantageous.
