The Opportunity

A leadership role responsible for driving top-line revenue and forecasts across regions by executing our commercial strategy and business plan using company processes and tools.

The Regional Director of Sales will:
  • Lead, coach, develop, recruit, and retain commercial team talent, managing performance against KPIs.
  • Achieve budgeted revenues across all streams, including Rooms, while managing costs, channels, and marketing opportunities.
  • Collaborate with finance and operations to maximize profits in line with GOP and EBITDA targets.

Regional Director, Government Relations (MENA)

The position develops, coordinates, and implements advocacy on behalf of the Boeing Company’s telecommunications and radio frequency spectrum policy, regulatory and licensing business interests in Europe, Middle East and North Africa (MENA).

The role requires high- level knowledge of telecommunications, navigation and surveillance systems and technologies, with the ability to become an expert in international telecommunications radio regulations, government affairs, and regulatory processes in different countries.

The position requires the ability to establish relationships with key telecommunications regulatory and policy officials at the national, regional, and international levels, as well as work closely and develop coalitions with industry leaders and associations. A passion for aviation, satellite and defense interests is highly desirable.

Scope of Responsibilities:

  • Represent Boeing’s interests on telecommunications policy and licensing issues before government agencies, international and intergovernmental organizations, trade, and industry associations within the assigned geographic area.

  • Specifically, support Boeing’s advocacy efforts before the European Conference of Postal and Telecommunications Administrations (CEPT) and the Arab Spectrum Management Group (ASMG), as well as in regional satellite and aviation-related telecommunications and radio frequency spectrum groups.

  • Maintain rates and assess yields monthly
  • Monitor account for timely payments and assist with collections on past due invoices
  • Enter all meeting notes action items complaints compliments into our CRM and distribute to appropriate people in global network
  • When necessary travel domestically and internationally to visit accounts/account sites and Crane Worldwide offices to review procedures and maintain customer information/satisfaction
  • Ensure all company policies and regulatory requirements are adhered to
  • Identify growth opportunities and develop a strategy to secure opportunities with the appropriate internal resources
  • Create a business development plan with short and longterm business objectives initiatives and quantified valueadded contributions
  • Other duties as assigned
