We’re on the lookout for a Reporting Specialist who can turn complex construction data into clear, actionable insights. If you have a passion for dashboards, a sharp eye for detail, and experience in the infrastructure or construction sector, this role is for you.
Summary:
Responsible for developing and maintaining dashboards and reports for the department, using Microsoft Office tools (especially Power BI). The role supports data-driven decision-making by delivering accurate, clear, and actionable reporting for construction and project management activities. Candidates should have strong technical skills in Power BI and other reporting tools, and a good understanding of the construction or infrastructure industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and build interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and other Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Access, etc.)
Collect, clean, and organize data from different sources to ensure accuracy and reliability
Develop data models and calculations to support reporting needs
Provide regular and ad-hoc reports to management and project teams
Support users with training and troubleshooting for dashboards and reports
Document data sources, reporting processes, and user guides as needed
Qualifications:
Must have a Bachelor Degree/Diploma, or proven experience in data analysis or reporting (any industry, construction/infrastructure preferred)
Advanced Power BI skills: experience with Power Query and Power Automate is an advantage
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications
Previous experience developing reports or dashboards for business use
Good understanding of project management, construction, or infrastructure sector preferred
Strong communication skills; ability to explain data to non-technical users
Minimum 10 years’ experience in the construction industry.

This is a key role in our organization where you will be responsible for delivering regulatory reporting services to our clients across the Middle East and Asia. The successful candidate will have excellent knowledge of corporate governance trends and regulations in relevant jurisdictions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, tax, or finance with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. They should also possess excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and be able to work effectively in a team.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Delivering regulatory reporting services to clients across the region;
- Liaising with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders as necessary;
- Assisting with the delivery of existing service lines, including ADGM/BVI Annual Accounts filings, AEOI self-certification filings, and Economic Substance Reporting;
- Providing updates to the Team Leader as and when requested;
- Helping resolve any issues encountered and escalating same where necessary;
The successful candidate will have a Professional Designation (CA, CPA, or Tax) or an undergraduate degree in Accounting, Tax, or Finance, or equivalent with minimum 3 years of relevant experience. They should also have demonstrable experience/knowledge of corporate requirements/obligations and accounting practices in key relevant jurisdictions.
The role requires strong administrative skills, the ability to multi-task, and reliability. Excellent interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to meet strict deadlines and operate on their own initiative.
Responsibilities:
- Key Service Lines: Assist with the delivery of existing ESR service line for selected clients, subject to capacity as determined by the Team Leader.
- FAR Filings: Assist the Team Leader with FAR filings on the CIMA REEFs portal, subject to capacity as determined by the Team Leader.
- Client Communication: Draft internal and external communications and materials as necessary.
- Training: Assist with training, including preparation of training materials.
- Ad Hoc Projects: Assist with ad hoc projects as necessary.
Requirements:
- Professional Designation (CA, CPA, or Tax) or undergraduate degree in Accounting, Tax, or Finance, or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrable experience/knowledge of corporate requirements/obligations and accounting practices in key relevant jurisdictions.
