Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, analyze, and maintain medium and short-term plans for staff and equipment allocation
- Apply statistical and optimization methods to develop and interpret scenarios that support management decision-making
- Facilitate activities relating to manpower and equipment budgets during the annual budget process
- Conceptualize, develop, and empower line managers on resource deployment rules
- Formulate and apply mathematical modeling and statistical analysis to develop and interpret what-if scenarios

Requirements:
