What will you be doing?
  • Managing the collection and interpretation of client data to contribute to the development of recommended solutions
  • Efficiently driving data analysis and proactively identifying issues and key insightful findings
  • Looking after multiple small or complex categories
  • Supporting and guiding more junior consultants on projects, making sure Efficio methodologies and processes are followed
  • Managing relationships with client stakeholders, leveraging your expertise to secure buy-in to strategies
  • Setting strategic direction, solving complex client problems and tailoring solutions to our clients' needs
  • Planning and implementing strategies, making sure targeted outcomes are achieved
  • Effectively developing and execute sourcing and negotiation strategies

  • Facility Management (FM) that address facility safety, surveillances and inspections, seasonal planning and customer service
  • Emergency Management that addresses preparedness, drills and action plans for emergencies
  • Space, Energy, and Cleaning Management
  • Procurement processes for goods and services in support of O&M
    • Develop, review and amend procedures and processes, including:
    • Health and safety
    • Environmental
    • Waste management
    • Quality assurance
    • Continuous improvement
      • Establish a detailed and comprehensive Statement of Work (SoW) and specifications for all client's existing community services in line with international best practices
      • Review, develop, consolidate and optimise the SoW of all client's existing community services contracts aligned with international standards and the local market
      • Provide tendering documents that are specific to the facilities of the client in so far as strategy, design and technical details and operating procedures manual and FM Strategy
      Qualifications
      • 12-15 years minimum experience in related field on national / international major initiatives and developments
      • Expert in development and implementation of best practice standards and processes
      • A proven track record of instituting continuous improvement and change management
      • Previous Consulting/ Advisory experience preferred
      • Extensive experience of working internationally (preference for Middle East / UAE)

Strategic FM Advisory:

  • Assess client facilities operations, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Collaborate with clients, property managers, and cross-functional teams.

Project Management:

Procurement & Tendering
