Main Responsibilities :

  • Coordinate administrative activities with internal teams :
  • Collaborate with departments such as legal, communications, and operations to ensure alignment on public affairs strategies and messaging.
  • Facilitate meetings or working groups to discuss priorities, campaigns, and stakeholder engagement efforts.
  • Serve as a liaison between different teams to streamline workflows, share information, and address any cross-functional challenges.
  • Follow up on incoming external inquiries from regulators and stakeholders :
  • Act as the point of contact for external daily inquiries, including those from government agencies, semi government stakeholders.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to requests for information, clarification, or meetings, coordinating with relevant internal experts as needed.
  • Maintain a database or system to track and document inquiries, responses, and follow-up actions to ensure accountability and thoroughness.
  • Assist in implementing quarterly plans and initiatives and follow up on progress :
  • Work with the head of public affairs to translate monitors goals, plans and initiatives.
  • Support the execution of the quarterly plans.
  • Regularly review progress, identify bottlenecks or challenges, and collaborate with team members to address issues and keep initiatives on track.

Requirements :

This role is open only to UAE Nationals

1-2 years of experience in a similar role or communication function or front facing functions. Fresh graduates who are eager to learn and develop their career will also be considered.

Language : Fluent in Arabic / English

  • Education : policy, business administration, communication degree is preferred but not essential
