You are a recognised Subject Matter Expert in Process Safety , with deep technical competence in Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) and extensive experience applying process safety principles in operational environments.
Your experience and expertise include- Extensive practical experience in PHA techniques (HAZOP, HAZID, LOPA) – ideally as a qualified HAZOP Chair or PHA facilitator .
- Proven success implementing PSM systems and risk management in high-hazard industries (Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Petrochemicals, or similar).
- Operational experience in international companies, with exposure across the full asset lifecycle.
- Credibility from having worked in industry (e.g., operations, engineering, or process safety roles) and, ideally, consulting experience.

- Excellent facilitation and interpersonal skills, able to work with both executives and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the development and execution of sourcing strategies for assigned categories (e.g., ingredients, raw materials, packaging).
• Conduct supplier research, benchmarking, and qualifications to support sourcing initiatives.
• Request, evaluate, and compare quotes, proposals, and samples from vendors.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance & Control teams, Operations, Chefs, and Regulatory teams to align sourcing strategies with product specifications, compliance requirements and market constraints.
• Maintain and update supplier databases and procurement records in ERP systems.
• Support contract negotiations and help ensure that contracts meet regulatory and business requirements.
• Monitor supplier performance and service levels, escalating issues as needed.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards, ethical sourcing policies, and sustainability initiatives.
• Monitor supplier performance & relationship using KPIs and implement corrective actions where necessary.
• Drive cost reduction initiatives and value engineering projects without compromising quality and safety standards.
• Prepare and present regular reports on sourcing activities, savings, and market trends to higher management.
OTHER DUTIES
Regular attendance in conformance with the standards which may be established by the company from time to time is essential to the successful performance of this position.
Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry, employees may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the organization.
QUALIFICATIONS
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Food Science, or related field.
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in strategic sourcing or procurement within the food industry and / or more generally within the FMCG sector.
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and standards (e.g., HACCP, FSMA, BRC).
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ERP/procurement software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and e-procurement tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Language: Perfect English, additional language is a plus

As a SEO specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and implementing best industry practices for classified and real estate portals when it comes to SEO growth. You will be working closely with a team of SEOs under the guidance of SEO Manager to bring forward new enhancements and features to the Bayut website. You will keep important stakeholders up to date with regards to the ever-changing landscape of SEO and accordingly refining the SEO strategy. Brainstorming SEO improvements, conducting R&D and digging into data to understand and propose the business value underlying each SEO project/campaign. Being able to communicate and collaborate with all key stakeholders is an essential part of the job. Success of this job will be measured based on standard SEO metrics and execution of the projects.
In this role, you will:
- Plan, research, and document new SEO projects/campaigns which are assigned to you and at the same time coming up with new SEO projects;
- Define objectives and KPIs for each project;
- Propose these projects to important stakeholders and gain their approval.;
- Communicate and collaborate with all key stakeholders;
- Conduct detailed QA before execution of each project/campaign;
- Ensure seamless implementation of the project/campaign;
- Keep a track of project performance;
- Stay organised and on top of each SEO task at hand;
- Have awareness of the changing landscape when it comes to SEO;
- Be able to dissect technical SEO issues and propose solutions;
- Dig into huge amounts of data to find issues and opportunities. Be able to do that by writing scripts and expressions where needed;
- Perform backlink acquisition;
- Analyse traffic trends on a daily basis with regards to engagement and conversion metrics;
- Grow organic traffic and leads;
- Conduct experiments to understand the modern day SEO myths and theories;
- Set up trackers in different tools for each campaign;
- Conduct SEO Audits as per need.
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Computer Science).
- 2-3 years of SEO experience with strong expertise in technical SEO.
- Advanced knowledge of SEO tools (GA, GSC, Ahrefs, Semrush, etc.).
- Deep understanding of Google SEO ranking factors and excellent R&D skills.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Fluent in written and spoken English, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage workload in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- A team player with a can-do attitude and flexibility.
- Scripting knowledge is a plus!
