Management of unbillable resources

  • Co-lead the development of our People Experience streams and vision in collaboration with our Region Talent Director
  • Support the full consultant development lifecycle, from onboarding and rotations to retention and satisfaction

Staffing Initiatives: Drive key initiatives that include:

We are seeking an experienced human resources professional to join our team in launching a revolutionary air taxi service. This innovative project will feature electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft (eVTOL) and be among the first eVTOL services in the world.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing operational human resources support across multiple regions.
  • Compensation and Benefits Management.
  • Recruiting top talent to join our high-performing team.
  • Developing and implementing HR policies and practices.
  • Building effective relationships with team members and leads to promote positive employee relations.
  • Investigating employee issues and working with internal and external parties to address and resolve.
  • Providing coaching on talent management, communication, performance improvement, and conflict resolution.
  • Serving as a subject matter expert and business liaison on all things HR.
