WSP is seeking a motivated Administrative Coordinator (Stakeholder Management) to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. This role provides an excellent opportunity to start a career in stakeholder engagement and approvals management for Advisory Services projects. The successful candidate will support coordination with government authorities, utilities, and other key stakeholders, while also contributing to essential administrative tasks that ensure the smooth execution of projects.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing stakeholder relationships, including government authorities, municipalities, and utility providers.
  • Support the coordination and submission of NOCs, permits, and regulatory approvals for advisory services projects.
  • Assist in preparing stakeholder engagement plans, reports, and documentation.
  • Attend stakeholder meetings, take minutes, and track action items.
  • Maintain accurate records of stakeholder communications and project-related correspondence.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support for stakeholder engagement activities.
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as organizing files, scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and supporting project documentation.
  • Assist with internal reporting requirements and data entry to ensure accurate project tracking.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, planning, and project management) to ensure smooth communication with stakeholders.
  • Support resolution of stakeholder concerns and ensure compliance with local regulations and project requirements.
Qualifications
  • UAE Nationality (with a valid Family Book).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
  • Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of experience in stakeholder management, approvals coordination, or project support.
  • Experience in stakeholder or approvals coordination in construction or related sectors.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Knowledge of UAE regulatory frameworks, NOC processes, and stakeholder engagement practices is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English is required.
