The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for managing the implementation of all activities in the supply chain operations – including procurement of materials, inventory management, warehousing, and customer services in Dubai.   • Create the plan of material procurement for the year.

  • Sign and evaluate the P.O. prepared by the Purchasing Administration.
  • Conduct bidding and negotiation for local materials and some imported materials.
  • Conduct selection, audit, and performance review of the Suppliers.

Control the implementation of planning, inventory and warehousing functions:

  • Control and coordinate the cover-up materials making based on Sales forecast & the monthly production planning, and ensure the availability of raw materials and finish goods as per production and customer demand needs.
  • Control and coordinate the stock level of existing raw materials & finish goods in order to conform to the planned level.
  • Control and coordinate the process of finish good warehousing and loading-unloading activities in order to conform to the schedule and procedures specified.

Control the implementation of customer service functions:

  • Control and coordinate the receipt of orders and delivery schedule settings.
  • Control and coordinate the production processes related to the delivery schedule agreed upon with the Customer
  • Control and coordinate the delivery schedule with the Export people in order the documents and departed & arrival schedule of the vessel are in accordance with the agreement with Customers.
