**Job Requirement:**
+ Maintains manual or computerized purchasing records, such as items or services purchased, costs, delivery, product quality or performance, and inventories in some cases
+ Evaluating potentials suppliers based on the quality of products, price given, and speed of delivery
+ Vendor Management (Visiting, auditing, evaluation, pricing management)
+ Ensure locally designated supplier information is kept current or updated
+ Manage database of active contracts with supplier
+ Review requisitions from respective departments
+ Prepare purchase orders which involves verifying specifications and prices
+ Obtain competitive quotations for hotel requirements and ensure that the best product is sourced and purchased
+ Work strictly in accordance with Purchasing policies, PO approval policies and other company policies
**Education and Experience**
**Required:**
2-years' degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major;
Minimum of 2 years' experience in procurement, purchasing, or a similar role.
**CORE WORK ACTIVITIES**
**Managing Supplier and Vendor Relations**
- Negotiates with selected suppliers and obtains quotations.
- Coordinates and arranges site visits with contractors and end-users for obtaining necessary quotations.
- Keeps close and frequent contact with suppliers to maintain up-to-date market and product information
- Identifies and selects reliable and regular suppliers for daily food and beverage purchasing based on regular quotations.
- Attends and participates in food tasting panel for food and beverage evaluation and vendor selection.
- Prepares and negotiates contracts with selected suppliers
- Attends exhibitions/seminars for sourcing new suppliers and products with better price-performance.
- Persuades suppliers to offer or extend rebate program.
**Managing Procurement Activities**
- Verifies and authorizes procurement orders
- Places orders and expedites deliveries
- Prepares tender invitations and executes tender openings for selected items and compares tenders for procurement decisions
- Sources alternative products with competitive prices, while striving to maintain better or comparable quality, standards and services.
- Prepares and submits monthly cost saving report to Director of Finance
- Explores opportunities for green procurement and actively participates in the recycling program.
- Provides suggestions to other departments to achieve cost savings while still fulfilling their requirements.

We are seeking a talented Supply Chain Manager in our Visual Display Team to manage stock availability of the right portfolio. The Supply Chain Manager will manage key processes including Demand Planning to manage (Total) Weeks of Stocks and Channel Inventory, drive PSI process with Product Managers and Key Account Managers, and oversee logistical process with Supply Chain and factory teams for timely delivery.

- Prepare material for Demand Planning (PSI) and business update meetings in which critical supply and demand issues are discussed for decisions
- Perform planning to secure sales and production visibility through improvement and stabilization of logic that provides Return to Forecast (RTF)
- Analyse problems in the Supply Chain by managing mid to long-term demand and resources in advance in order to establish optimal supply chain
- Provide material in order to manage initial ramp-up and launch of each model, and effectively allocate and manage resources considering Product Life Cycle (PLC)
- Prepare supply strategies and quantity allocation focusing on Profit and Loss by analysing competitiveness of the supplier location, such as lead time, logistics cost, custom tariff, and material costs.
- Perform stock management with consideration for lead time of each country/region in order to prevent and manage aging stock in conjunction with the sales team
- Provide SCM related input for strategic annual/quarter plans, and (R)HQ presentations/reporting
