As a Graduate Engineer in the Renewable Energy sector, you will be integrated with the team responsible for managing, overseeing and delivering engineering projects from inception to completion. You shall be involved in technical contribution to the projects as well in managing the projects and stakeholders.

• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensure adherence to timelines and budgetary constraints.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, architects, and regulatory agencies.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality of work, and adherence to safety protocols.
• Address any site-related issues promptly, providing technical guidance and solutions as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and environmental standards.
• Review project designs, specifications, and drawings to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
• Provide input during the design phase to optimize construction processes and materials selection.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Master’s degree an advantage).
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or eligibility for licensure.
• Strong technical knowledge in the core discipline i.e. electrical engineering.
• Proficient in softwares/ applications like powerpoint, excel, etc. Familiarity and working knowledge on AutoCad, Power System studies software shall be added advantage.

This position oversees four key projects: the Common Seawater Supply Project, Gas Mid-stream Project, Associated Gas Upstream Project, and a large-scale Solar Power Plant. As Commissioning Manager, you will work independently to manage Health Safety Environment in remote locations.

• Oversight of commissioning progress until Commercial Operation Date (COD) includes organizing an integrated site team, implementing procedures, and inspecting works.
• You will provide input for weekly site meetings and discipline technical meetings with contractors.
• Monitoring contractor performance is crucial to ensure timely delivery of works across each discipline.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to lead our renewable energy projects across the Middle East. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and developing new opportunities, managing partnerships, and driving projects to financial closure.

• Conduct feasibility studies and assess the integration of battery energy storage systems (BESS) to optimize project design.
• Evaluate potential contractors and partners to ensure they meet project needs.
• Develop technical and financial bids in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to secure project success.
• Maintain relationships with government bodies, contractors, and service providers.
• Work with Project Finance to negotiate financing terms and manage financial closure.

• A master's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• At least 10 years of experience in renewable energy project development, particularly solar, wind, and BESS projects in the Gulf region.
• Strong financial analysis skills and knowledge of Independent Power Producer (IPP) and Public-Private Partnership (PPP) models.
• Ability to lead negotiations and manage senior-level relationships.
• Experience in the Middle East market is mandatory, with a combined experience of more than 1.5 GW worth of projects.

This position oversees technical and techno-economic aspects of renewable energy projects globally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support business planning: Contribute to operational objectives aligned with a forward-thinking vision and monitor technological and market trends to support innovation.
• Team leadership: Organize and supervise technical activities, ensuring efficient workload distribution.
• Technical and techno-economic support: Lead conceptual engineering support, incorporate new tools, and conduct feasibility studies, resource assessments, and plant optimization.
• Participation in RFPs and tenders: Support technical aspects during bidding, including requirements development and contract negotiations.
• Construction and commissioning: Supervise project performance improvements and regulatory compliance.
• Technical support for assets: Provide operational support, review reports, and participate in advisory committees.

Preferred qualifications include a Master's in Engineering or Renewable Energy, Chartered Engineer status, and Project Management certification.

A minimum of 12 years' experience in the RE industry is required, preferably with EPC contractors, developers, or engineering firms.

Familiarity with renewable and traditional energy sectors, project management, and technical software proficiency are essential skills.
