The HR Generalist role supports field personnel and internal HR functions. This position requires strong coordination with various departments, attention to compliance, and proactive support of HR initiatives.

• Serves as the initial point of contact for field personnel regarding day-to-day HR administration, ensuring prompt and professional resolution of inquiries.
