TheTeaching and Learning Lead has overall responsibility for maximizing learning opportunities for children and making a positive impact on the overall school development through the delivery of high-quality outcomes for all students.
In this context, you will:
- Support the implementation of the curriculum within all age groups, as aligned with EYFS or Creative Curriculum and the UAE National Identity.
- Collaborate with the EEI Director/PN Principal in the evaluation and improvement of classroom practice in the early years setting.
- Lead the development and implementation of the staff's training and professional development plan to ensure high-quality teaching practices.
- Monitor the effectiveness of the curriculum and adjust as needed.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in early childhood development or early childhood education (QFE 7) or Bachelor's degree in any other specialization combined with a certified professional certificate in early childhood educational care (CACHE L3)
- At least 6 years of experience in the approved curriculum for the EEI (EYFS or Creative Curriculum).
- Strong knowledge of early childhood development practices and UAE goals for early years education.
- Native Arabic speaker with competence in English (IELTS 6+ preferred)
- Demonstrate professionalism, commitment and integrity
- Inter-culturally aware with well-developed communication skills
- Innovative, motivated, resourceful, flexible, patient and can persevere
- Outgoing, positive and enthusiastic
- Good spoken communication skills
