WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Lead the full strategic design process hands on to transform customer insights into impactful opportunities for growth
- Lead qualitative research and synthesize learnings from both, qualitative and quantitative sources into actionable insights and tangible artifacts (e.g. personas, customer journey maps, opportunity maps)
- Facilitate ideation workshops and creative sessions
- Envision and conceptualize new business ideas and services with game- changing potential and bring them to life through creative storytelling
- Iteratively design and refine solutions through low- to high-fidelity prototyping
- Design and run experiments and pilots to validate/evaluate new products, services or businesses
- Work closely with project management to support cross-functional process management and project delivery and ensure that AIS delivers successfully

- Effectively collaborate with, co-create with, and influence multiple stakeholders (project team, client team, experts, outside partners)

- Play an active role in the recruitment of new design talent across EMEA and in our growing team in EMEA in particular

ABOUT YOU
- 5-7 years of hands-on experience shaping digital products, services, and/or new ventures (or equivalent experience) in roles such as Service Designer, Value Proposition/ Business Designer or CX/Digital Product Designer, etc.
- A thorough, practiced, understanding of Design Thinking and Agile methods
- Skillset expertise focused on strategic design, research, UX/UI, service design, omnichannel experience design, and/or digital product design
- Experience leading workstreams independently and overseeing more junior designers
- Comfort with and passion for all parts of the design process, from early-stage insights gathering, to strategy definition, concepting, and prototyping

Position Overview:
The QA Lead will oversee all Quality Assurance activities across OSC Group companies, specifically within the Oil & Gas sector. This role is critical in ensuring that manufacturing, servicing, re-engineering, maintenance, and rental of equipment and spare parts meet or exceed internal standards and customer expectations. The QA Lead will act as a strategic quality partner to the business, ensuring compliance, consistency, and continuous improvement across all operational sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Quality Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement QA frameworks, procedures, and standards for all OSC Group operations.
- Define and monitor KPIs to measure quality performance across different business units.
- Operational Quality Management
- Lead quality assurance activities across machine shops, service centers, maintenance, and rental operations for oil & gas equipment.
- Ensure quality control measures are applied at every stage of manufacturing, re-engineering, and equipment servicing processes.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to ISO and industry standards (API, ASME, etc.).
- Issue Resolution & Continuous Improvement
- Identify root causes of quality issues, lead corrective and preventive actions, and ensure timely resolution.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across departments to enhance product and service quality.
- Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain documentation required for compliance, certifications, and customer audits.
- Ensure quality systems and processes are compliant with relevant local and international regulatory requirements.
- Act as the point of contact for quality-related matters across OSC’s business units.
- Work closely with manufacturing, engineering, HSE, operations, and supply chain teams to support high-quality outputs.
- Train and mentor QA/QC staff across various locations to maintain consistency and competence.
- Customer Focus
- Support customer satisfaction through high-quality product and service delivery.
- Participate in customer audits and manage non-conformance reporting, resolution, and communication.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related discipline.
- Minimum 8-10 years of progressive experience in QA/QC roles within the Oil & Gas industry, preferably across manufacturing, maintenance, or equipment rental.
- Strong working knowledge of API, ASME, ISO 9001, and other relevant industry standards.
- Experience in machine shop operations, spare parts quality, and re-engineering processes.
- Proven ability to lead and manage QA programs in multi-site operations.
- Strong attention to detail, with a high standard of accuracy and problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
