Technical Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned technical leader to oversee and drive the technical strategy for our clients. This includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success in their digital transformation journey.

As the key technical contact and advisor to our clients, you will be responsible for explaining complex technical details and requirements to non-technical stakeholders. You will use your technical expertise to define and drive clients' overall technical strategy, address product-related queries, and build strong relationships with stakeholders through travel and collaboration.

You will serve as an internal advocate for the client, bringing their voice into the organization and identifying opportunities for better product adoption. You will provide guidance on best practices and collaborate closely with Technical Support, Product Engineering, and Project Implementation teams.

• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
