We are seeking a skilled and creative Training Content Creator to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering engaging learning content that meets the needs of our employees.
Your primary focus will be on creating high-quality educational materials, including videos, animations, presentations, and handouts. You will work closely with subject matter experts to ensure that all content is accurate, informative, and aligned with our organizational goals.
In addition to your content creation skills, you will also be responsible for managing and maintaining our Learning Management System (LMS). This includes troubleshooting technical issues, providing support and assistance to users, and working with our IT department to ensure smooth operation and efficient delivery of content.
You will oversee the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they are properly enrolled and familiar with the LMS system. You will also provide training and guidance to new users on how to navigate the LMS, access learning materials, and track their progress.
Key responsibilities include:
- Design and develop engaging learning content for various modules, including educational videos, animations, and presentations.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create content that aligns with learning objectives and organizational goals.
- Ensure content is instructional, clear, and engaging for diverse learning audiences.
- Manage and maintain the LMS platform, troubleshooting technical issues and providing support and assistance as needed.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they are properly enrolled and familiar with the LMS system.
- Provide training and guidance to new users on how to navigate the LMS, access learning materials, and track their progress.
Requirements include:
- Minimum 4 years' experience in content creation.
- Strong design and script writing skills.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and online learning environments.
- Familiarity with A.I, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft PowerPoint, and content creation software.
- Working knowledge of SCORM and animation tools is an added advantage.
