Role Responsibilities:
Works under direct supervision to perform on-site field service directly to customers regarding installing, updating, operating, maintaining, repairing and removing of equipment to meet customer requirements.
Uses standard procedures to install, test, service and repair basic equipment to conform with company operating specifications and customer requirements.
Uses standard procedures to perform basic on-site preventative maintenance, routine repair, and calibration after installation.
Inspects equipment on a regular basis to ensure proper functioning.
Maintains equipment logs that record performance problems, repairs, calibrations, or tests and submits weekly reports summarizing these activities.
Follow standard processes to accomplish tasks (Understand & follow oral and written directions).
Essential Task Description: (daily tasks and duties) including daily timesheet.
Attend & complete assigned tasks within assigned time to the best ability and ensure quality services & customer satisfaction. Leave site clean & neat.
Keep customer informed with the task nature & progress upon site arrival & prior leaving work site. Share outstanding issues & suggested enhancements / recommendations.
Fill up Job Completion Certificate / Job Card / EH&S site surveys.
Inspect air-conditioning units to ensure efficient operation & diagnose mechanical and electrical malfunctions and make recommendations.
Make estimates of labor hours & materials required.
Assist in repairing and replacing damaged parts.
Cleans coils, blowers, checks motors, and belt tensions.
Work closely with colleagues as part of an integrated team.
Recognize safety hazards commonly found in HVAC operations, and identify and implement appropriate controls to ensure safe work.
Identify situations that require escalation or elevation to Supervisor or Manager for guidance or need to request additional support.
Manage & organize machinery tools pickup, delivery, usage & inventory as applicable.
Performs additional duties and responsibilities as required.
Recognize and identify potential risks and hazards associated with performing all work-related duties safely.
Attend regular (EH&S / Technical) Trainings & meetings.
Role Purpose:
Diagnostic review, repair and replacement of parts as well as the replacement and installation of equipment
Diploma (or equivalent) in Air-Conditioning & Refrigeration Field.
Minimum 2 years of working experience / internship in the HVAC industry / field.
A valid driving license is a plus.
Minimum products knowledge ( DX & Airside Equipment+ Reciprocating chillers.)

- Perform problem solving, repair and commissioning activities as assigned by the service planner.
- Apply related and necessary Safety & Health measures while providing service both at the customer site and in the workshop.
- Comply with all site specific rules and regulations together with relevant Safety & Health specifications and training.
- Utilize and maintain the special tools dedicated for different service activities.
- Promote Atlas Copco corporate values and image while providing service to the customers.
- Promote Atlas Copco CTS service products to customers.
- Duties include machine repair, preventive maintenance work, overhaul of compressors, compressed air dryers, commissioning of compressors, compressed air systems, and compressor management systems
To succeed, you will need
Experience requirements
- Proven experience in compressed air technology and applications.
- Proven mechanical and/or electrical experience, preferably with compressed air equipment and ancillaries
- Experience in service delivery and on acting as customer interface while working in the field
-Proven experience in the installation and application of compressors and compressed air systems.
-Minimum 2 years hands on experience in the field with all compressor technologies: piston, screws, centrifugal, single stage and multistage.
-High-pressure piston compressors and boosters experience is considered as an additional value.
-Proven experience with compressed air dryers, refrigerated twin tower desiccant, relative dew point dryers
-Good understanding of electrical ladder logic diagrams, main motor controls as an additional value.
-Experience with competition equipment considered beneficial
- Service experience in oil and gas applications and industry is a plus
- Proven experience with Variable Speed Drive’s, advanced electrical knowledge and able to install, preventive maintenance and troubleshooting any VSD
- Proven experience in Gateways and Networking knowledge: Modbus TCP/IP, ProfiNet, SmartView, Optimizer 4.0, Smart2SCADA and Smart2NET+
Knowledge
Must have a good grasp of basic compressed air engineering practices
Must have a good understanding with various pressure, temperature, position, level instrumentation, function & calibration
Should have basic millwright skills, in machine fits / gearing tolerance, main drive alignment
Should be able to make quick drawings for fabrication and or machining/ modification
PC literate
Able to make short concise detailed technical service reports
Clean UAE driver’s license is an added value.
Good command of English, both written and oral
Educational requirements
Engineering diploma at a minimum, with electrical, instrumentation, refrigeration or mechanical engineering.
And/or recognized diploma in Refrigeration technology, Hydraulics & Pneumatic technology

Job Description:
Responsible for installation, service, and support of Rapiscan X-RAY screening systems in the UAE/MEA region. The role involves supporting all X-ray and Trace product lines across multiple projects.
Responsibilities:
- Install, commission, and provide service support for Rapiscan’s X-ray and Trace systems in UAE/MEA.
- Conduct site surveys and prepare professional site reports prior to installation.
- Perform system diagnosis, troubleshooting, fault finding, repairs, maintenance, and overhauls of Detection systems and subsystems.
- Complete technical documentation including service reports, engineering change requests, and maintain service data in databases.
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance, attend call-outs, and perform detailed failure analysis.
- Recommend spare parts and submit service and non-conformance reports promptly.
- Provide feedback to engineering and management for continuous improvement.
- Participate in departmental duties and special projects as required.
- Interact with operators, technicians, and managers regarding equipment status.
- Adhere to health and safety standards at all times.
- Make technical decisions, consult with engineering when necessary, and handle requests or disputes as the focal point.
- Manage incident reports, change requests, and communication within the team.
- Suggest improvements for work processes and equipment availability.
- Attend technical meetings and contribute to team goals.
Skills and Attributes:
- Strong understanding of electronic and mechanical assemblies, wiring diagrams, schematics, and high voltage systems.
- Proficiency with test equipment (e.g., DVM) and experience with high-voltage and x-ray equipment.
- Excellent communication skills, organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn specialized software.
- Ability to work under pressure, flexible schedule, including on-call, weekends, and holidays.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be :
- Perform routine service maintenance tasks in accordance with customer requirements and as advised by designated service lead.
- Calibration, testing, troubleshooting and diagnostics of Pressure Management Products. Strong Technical skills in assembly, testing, trouble shooting in pressure relief and regulator products
- Perform system start-up and commissioning services on various Pressure Management Products as required.

Job Summary
As a Field Service Engineer (FSE), you will be responsible for providing hands-on technical support, troubleshooting, and problem-solving for advanced robotic solutions in spot & stretch products environment. This role involves installing, maintaining, optimizing, and repairing robotic systems on-site, ensuring seamless integration, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will work closely with customers to optimize the program, provide training, and carry out emergency repairs and routine maintenance to ensure the systems are functioning efficiently and meeting the customer’s specific needs.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting & Repairs: Provide on-site troubleshooting and emergency repairs for robotic systems, ensuring minimal downtime and quick recovery of operations.
- System Optimization & Maintenance: Optimize robotic systems and software for enhanced performance. Conduct routine maintenance and servicing, identifying issues before they impact system functionality.
- Installations & Integrations: Lead installations of new robotic systems, ensuring seamless integration into the customer’s warehouse environment. This includes system configuration, setup, and calibration.
- Customer Training & Support: Provide hands-on training to customers, ensuring they fully understand system operation and maintenance procedures. Offer ongoing support to resolve any questions or issues post-installation.
- Warranty Management: Address warranty-related issues, ensuring proper procedures are followed and customers are fully supported.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of services provided, including troubleshooting, repairs, parts replaced, and training conducted. Ensure that service reports are up-to-date and submitted on time.
- Collaboration: Work with internal teams (engineering, product development, customer support) to relay customer feedback and assist in product improvements or troubleshooting escalations.
- Customer Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Education: Bachelors / Masters in any field.
- Experience:Previous experience in field service engineering, robotics, or automated systems in a warehouse setting is highly preferred. Experience with troubleshooting, installations, and maintenance of robotic systems is a must.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of robotic systems, automation, and software troubleshooting.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to diagnose complex technical problems quickly and efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively explain technical concepts to customers with varying levels of technical expertise.

Your Role
In order to facilitate continuously our increasing demand for service and contribute to the overall business growth and customers’ satisfaction we are looking for a Field Service Engineer within Compressor Technique Service (CTS) team.
The main responsibilities and tasks include, but are not limited to:
- Provide quality and timely service and maintenance to our local industrial compressed air customers as assigned by the service planner.
- Perform problem solving, repair and commissioning activities as assigned by the service planner.
- Apply related and necessary Safety & Health measures while providing service both at the customer site and in the workshop.
- Comply with all site specific rules and regulations together with relevant Safety & Health specifications and training.
- Utilize and maintain the special tools dedicated for different service activities.
- Promote Atlas Copco corporate values and image while providing service to the customers.
- Promote Atlas Copco CTS service products to customers.
- Duties include machine repair, preventive maintenance work, overhaul of compressors, compressed air dryers, commissioning of compressors, compressed air systems, and compressor management systems
To succeed, you will need
Experience requirements
- Proven experience in compressed air technology and applications.
- Proven mechanical and/or electrical experience, preferably with compressed air equipment and ancillaries
- Experience in service delivery and on acting as customer interface while working in the field
-Proven experience in the installation and application of compressors and compressed air systems.
-Minimum 2 years hands on experience in the field with all compressor technologies: piston, screws, centrifugal, single stage and multistage.
-High-pressure piston compressors and boosters experience is considered as an additional value.
-Proven experience with compressed air dryers, refrigerated twin tower desiccant, relative dew point dryers
-Good understanding of electrical ladder logic diagrams, main motor controls as an additional value.
-Experience with competition equipment considered beneficial
- Service experience in oil and gas applications and industry is a plus
- Proven experience with Variable Speed Drive’s, advanced electrical knowledge and able to install, preventive maintenance and troubleshooting any VSD
- Proven experience in Gateways and Networking knowledge: Modbus TCP/IP, ProfiNet, SmartView, Optimizer 4.0, Smart2SCADA and Smart2NET+
Knowledge
Must have a good grasp of basic compressed air engineering practices
Must have a good understanding with various pressure, temperature, position, level instrumentation, function & calibration
Should have basic millwright skills, in machine fits / gearing tolerance, main drive alignment
Should be able to make quick drawings for fabrication and or machining/ modification
PC literate
Able to make short concise detailed technical service reports
Clean UAE driver’s license is an added value.
Good command of English, both written and oral
Educational requirements
Engineering diploma at a minimum, with electrical, instrumentation, refrigeration or mechanical engineering.
And/or recognized diploma in Refrigeration technology, Hydraulics & Pneumatic technology
Personality requirements

- Able to work remotely with a little or no supervision.
