The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and automating channel/SKU/customer-level profit and loss statements, as well as analyzing returns, promotions, and distribution costs to assess true profitability.

They will also partner with sales/category teams to evaluate promo ROI, pricing, and reorders, track and explain budget vs actuals, and help business heads stay on target.

In addition, the successful candidate will design and deliver management reports/dashboards in Excel or Power BI, scrutinize value chains with proper costing analysis, conduct pricing analysis in light of sellout data, and support forecasting and planning processes across both divisions.

Furthermore, they will collaborate closely with the accounting team to bridge operations and finance, provide ad-hoc analysis to support board-level decisions and investments, and create and structure SOPs that ensure financial discipline and accountability.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 3–6 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), Commercial Finance, or Business Partnering, ideally in an FMCG or consumer goods environment
  • Strong Excel skills; familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and reporting tools
  • Highly analytical and detail-oriented, yet commercially savvy
  • Able to challenge assumptions and communicate data-driven insights to non-finance stakeholders
  • Someone who thrives in entrepreneurial, fast-moving environments
