We are seeking an experienced Senior Brand Project Manager with a strong background in international brand management to lead our global brand projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing cross-departmental resources and driving key initiatives, including brand strategy, sponsorships, industry exhibitions, and business collaborations.
The Senior Brand Project Manager will oversee the planning and execution of online brand campaigns and community projects on our official website and APP channels, ensuring timely delivery meeting brand standards.

Additionally, the candidate will mentor and develop junior project team members, continuously optimizing collaboration processes and team effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full lifecycle of brand projects including planning, execution, monitoring, optimization, and review to ensure strong alignment with brand strategy.
- Lead the overall planning and cross-team collaboration for key exposure projects such as brand sponsorships, industry exhibitions, and business partnerships.
- Oversee the planning and execution of online brand activities and community projects on official website and APP channels to enhance user engagement and brand loyalty.
- Communicate brand-related requirements to the product team, follow up on development schedules and acceptance testing to ensure launch content meets brand standards.
- Coordinate resources across brand, PR, marketing, product, legal, technology departments, and external partners to ensure smooth project progress.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, quality, and KPIs to ensure efficient execution and delivery of results.
- Ensure consistent global brand visuals and language standards, strictly following brand guidelines.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide strategic recommendations aligned with brand development needs.
- Produce project documentation efficiently in both Chinese and English and act as a communication bridge between domestic and international teams and partners.
- Regularly report project progress, key milestones, risk alerts, and outcome summaries to management.
- Mentor and develop junior project team members, continuously optimizing collaboration processes and team effectiveness.
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Brand Communication, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Preferably graduated from 985/211 universities or QS top 100 schools, with overseas study or cross-cultural work experience.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written), with strong cross-cultural communication skills.
- Over 5 years of experience in brand management or project management, preferably in multinational companies or fast-paced industries.
- Proven experience leading brand sponsorships, exhibitions, business collaborations, and digital platform (website/APP) projects.
- Familiar with brand strategy and project management processes; PMP certification preferred.
- Proficient in office software and project management tools.
- Strong execution skills, good communication and coordination abilities, with leadership capability.
