Role Overview:

Our client is seeking a Wealth Manager to join their dynamic team. Qualifications:

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CFP) is a plus.
  2. Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in wealth management and financial advisory in the UAE, with a transferable client portfolio and AUM is required.
  3. Skills:
    1. Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
    2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    3. Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients.
    4. Proficiency in using financial planning and portfolio management tools.
    5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  4. Knowledge: In-depth understanding of financial markets, investment products, and regulatory requirements in the UAE.
  5. Language: Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.

Minimum Eligibility :

Should have portfolio of minimum 5 million USD and above. Someone with individual portfolio would be considered. If some one has worked with brokerage companies that will be additional advantage.

  • Formulate outbound and inbound sales plan to acquire new HNI customers for increasing customer base of the portfolio.
  • Conduct risk profiling of all mapped clients for better advisory on investment needs.
  • Regular contact with all mapped clients through weekly / monthly calls - Resolution of queries of all mapped clients within TAT specified.
  • Ensuring need based product approach towards clients and regular reporting of product penetration.

Minimum Eligibility:

Should have portfolio of minimum 5 million USD and above. Someone with individual portfolio would be considered. If some one has worked with brokerage companies that will be additional advantage.

Should have strong wealth background and experience.

Engaging directly with clients, the Wealth Manager will assess and advise on medium to long-term financial objectives. Advice will be tailored to the clients nationality and location, encompassing areas such as Lump Sum Investing, Retirement Planning, Education Fee Funding, Life Insurance, and Estate & Inheritance Tax Planning.

Wealth Managers collaborate closely with marketing, coordination, and paraplanning teams to facilitate daily client interactions.

Team members are expected to uphold high standards, with continuous training provided to ensure compliance with both client and company expectations.

Wealth Managers will also gain access to a bespoke CRM system developed in-house by former Wealth Managers.
