Job Purpose:
To design, implement, and maintain efficient landscaping, gardening, and plant management systems, ensuring sustainable and high-quality greenery across client sites and
to drive revenue growth by identifying, acquiring, and managing clients across sectors for garden, plant, and pool maintenance services
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, design, and implement landscaping and garden projects for clients
Select appropriate plants, shrubs, trees, and turf suited to local climate and client needs.
Develop and manage irrigation systems, including automated and smart solutions.
Oversee soil management, pest control, and fertilization programs.
Monitor and optimize plant health, growth, and aesthetics.
Conduct site inspections, provide technical recommendations, and prepare maintenance schedules.
Collaborate with procurement and operations teams for equipment, materials, and plants.
Maintain documentation of project plans, plant inventories, and maintenance logs
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
Prepare and present customized service proposals, quotations, and contracts.
Lead negotiations to close new business deals and secure long-term maintenance contracts.
Collaborate with operations and technical teams to ensure service delivery meets client
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's or Master's in Agriculture, Horticulture, Landscape Architecture, or related field.
Proven experience of 3 to 5 years in landscaping, garden, or green space management in UAE
Knowledge of irrigation systems, soil science, plant diseases, and pest management.
Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Knowledge of UAE market and corporate procurement processes.
Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and drive revenue growth.
Preferred:
Knowledge of UAE climate, plant species, and local landscaping regulations.
Experience with contracts and SLA-based service agreements.
Familiarity with garden, pool, and landscaping maintenance services.
