Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **Construction Manager** to join our team! In this role you will get to provides direction and management for medium to sized Building projects and ensures on-schedule completion within or below budget in accordance with contractual obligations
**What You'll Be Doing:**
+ Work with the various consultants and contractors to manage and direct overall planning of construction activities to identify critical milestones and priorities.
+ Determine budget estimates and staffing requirements for the defined scope and schedule. Monitors the services of subcontractors and major construction equipment required by the project will be available at the appropriate time to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
+ Manage and reviews assignments for Construction Superintendents for various work areas of construction operations, monitoring progress and recommending corrective action as necessary.
+ Manage the assignment of manpower, materials, and equipment to maximize efficiency, maintain schedules, and to meet budget goals. Keeps alert to possible problem areas and takes preventative action to ensure that critical milestones are met for each phase of the project.
+ Provide leadership to confirm sound construction practices to attain required quality control at the maximum efficiency and minimum cost.
+ Prepare periodic reports summarizing progress of construction activities for higher-level management and clients.
+ Serve as the primary contact with client representatives, and subcontractors, and government representatives for construction-related activities. Maintains strong client and community relations.
+ Responsible for following up on instructions and commitments associated with the project.
+ Oversee establishment of Project Execution Plan, Health and Safety Plan, Quality Assurance/Quality Control Plan, and other documents required from the construction contractor.
+ Coordinate RFI responses, monitors change orders, and makes recommendations to client for construction progress payments.
+ Manage routine construction meetings and monitors subordinate workloads to maximize performance.
**What Required Skills You'll Bring:**
+ Bachelor's Degree in civil engineering from a reputable institution
+ Minimum 15 years of experience in the construction of **buildings , greenhouses, ancillary buildings** and **infrastructure** projects
+ Incumbent should have a broad general technical and business background, as well as previous project management experience on similar or related projects.
+ Must have the ability to manage projects, interface with clients and enjoy being hands on technically in the project.
+ Comprehensive knowledge of industry standards
+ Proven ability to perform in a management capacity, excellent written and oral communications
+ Must have work experience in UAE preferably in Abu Dubai/Al Ain
+ Proven ability to perform in a management capacity,

Job Purpose
The Construction Manager will oversee the multiple Lots within the Water Transmission Scheme. The scope includes multiple pump stations, distribution pipelines, valve houses, storage reservoirs and distribution networks to rural areas. The role will include planning, scheduling monitoring, progress and coordination of resources and preparation of monthly/quarterly/annual progress report. This is a PMC role, and the Construction Manager will be responsible for overseeing and execution of construction activities carried out by EPC`s on large-scale water transmission projects in Abu Dhabi. There will be multiple Supervision Consultants and EPC`s appointed directly by the Client. This role involves strategic planning, resource management, and collaboration with various stakeholders to meet project objectives, timelines, and budget constraints.
Job Responsibilities
+ Lead and manage the construction and delivery of the assigned Projects under the programme.
+ Monitor DELIVERY CONTRACTORS performance and resolve onsite execution challenges.
+ Review and approve construction methodologies, risk assessments and work permits.
+ Manage the delivery of the Lots within the scope for the project, ensuring the integration and alignment of all project activities with the strategic objectives of the EMPLOYER.
+ Coordinate with project stakeholders, including clients, supervision consultants, contractors, vendors and regulatory authorities ensuring consistency and collaboration alignment and compliance with project specifications and regulations.
+ Coordinate daily with the SUPERVISION CONSULTANT and DELIVERY CONTRACTORS to address design, execution, and compliance challenges.
+ Oversee contractor performance, resolving conflicts and facilitating approvals.
+ Provide leadership and direction to project teams, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
+ Monitor project progress and performance, implementing corrective actions as necessary to address any deviations from the project plan.

Job Description: • Manage daily construction activities, resources, subcontractors, and progress to deliver projects on time and within budget. • Implement the construction plan, track schedules, productivity, and costs, and take corrective actions to mitigate risks and delays. • Ensure strict adherence to engineering specs, HSE standards, permits, and client/authority requirements. • Liaise with consultants, update project managers, resolve site issues, and support contract administration on variations, claims, and payments.

Requirements
• Open for Male Arabic nationals, 50 years old and below • At least 10 years of managing construction projects with bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field • Experience in oil and gas projects approved by ADNOC • Experience with flowline and pipeline projects
