Job Purpose & Description
The purpose of this position is to understand the enterprise customer, drive the technical and solution support during the sales cycle by understanding customer requirements, designing tailored ICT, Networking and AIaaS solutions, and presenting compelling value propositions that align with customer business needs. The Pre-Sales Consultant bridges the gap between customer requirements and technical capabilities, ensuring successful client engagement, solution fit, and conversion.
The Pre-Sales Consultant is responsible for providing technical and domain expertise to support the business development and sales process. The role involves working closely with Sales managers, Channel partners, solution architects, and product teams to identify and qualify business opportunities, prepare solution presentations and proposals, lead proof-of-concept (PoC) efforts, and articulate the value of AI, computing infrastructure, and AIaaS solutions to potential clients across public and private sectors. • Ensure collection of accurate and correct documentation in line with policy, procedures, compliance and audit requirements/guidelines which need to be collected within SLA of no more than 1 to 2 business days from sale to a customer and provided to sales support and activations teams to ensure accurate activations.
• Ensure roadshow management and roadshow support staff management is executed within all process, policy and compliance guidelines
• Identify and resolve fraudulent customer activities and highlight to audit, senior management in enterprise business.

• 5+ years of experience in pre-sales or solution consulting roles within ICT, networking, cloud computing, or AI companies
• Proven experience working with enterprise and public sector clients
• Experience with AIaaS, HPC, Cloud Infrastructure, Data Platforms, and Edge Computing is highly desirable
• Experience responding to complex RFPs and leading PoC engagements
• Technical Skills:
• Deep understanding of cloud computing (IaaS, PaaS, AIaaS), data center architecture, and AI platforms Proficiency in solution architecture and technical sales support tools

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing cloud-based solutions using Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). 1. At least 3+ years of experience working with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), including core services like Compute, Storage, Networking, and IAM.
2. Strong understanding of OCI networking components, including VCNs, Security Lists, NSGs, Load Balancers, and Gateways.
3. Advanced knowledge of Terraform, including writing complex reusable modules, managing state files, and troubleshooting IaC deployments.
