Your Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with customers to resolve operational issues and ensure timely problem resolution.
- Analyze and contribute to solving operational issues to minimize customer impact and prevent reoccurrence.
- Support requests related to stuck shipments, customer complaints, catalog errors, and process issues.
- Conduct research, analysis, and escalations to identify trends and generate reports driving actions.
- Collaborate with other specialists as needed to achieve business goals.
- Assist in ensuring successful performance through analysis and reporting on business metrics.
- Research daily and provide detailed error analysis.
- Apply relevant policies and guidelines to drive results.

- Possess strong Microsoft Office skills and experience.

- Analyse dispute files thoroughly from both technical and legal viewpoints, offer opinions, and categorize disputes based on complexity (simple, medium, complex).
This role requires a Mid-Senior level professional with 4+ years of experience in insurance dispute resolution.

Conduct in-depth studies and analyses of disputes, including the review of responsive, commentary, and closing memorandums to ensure a thorough understanding and effective resolution process.
Evaluate expert reports across different domains including vehicles, fire incidents, health issues, investment, and life insurance, recommending amendments or accepting findings in line with general insurance principles.
