Report work related accidents, or other injuries immediately upon occurrence to manager/supervisor. Speak with others using clear and professional language; prepare and review written documents accurately and completely; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. + Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
+ Minimum 2 years of experience in cost control or finance within the hospitality industry.
+ Strong background in internal controls, inventory management, and cost analysis.
+ Proficiency in cost control systems, POS, and inventory software (e.g., Materials Control, BirchStreet).
+ Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with financial reporting tools.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
+ Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
