Consultz is partnering with a leading regional Sovereign Wealth Fund to recruit a seasoned technology leader to drive digital transformation, data management excellence, and AI adoption across the organization. The role requires strong technical expertise, proven project delivery experience, and the ability to bridge strategy with execution in a dynamic investment environment.
Key Accountabilities- Lead cross-functional technology programs and effectively engage stakeholders across departments.
- Operate in a matrix organization, influencing outcomes through collaboration and authority.
- AI Implementation Drive the design, development, and deployment of AI solutions that deliver measurable business value. Collaborate with business units to identify high-impact AI use cases and ensure deployment aligns with strategic goals. Establish governance and ethical frameworks for AI adoption, ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational standards. Lead the delivery of large-scale technology and digital transformation projects, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy. Oversee project life cycles from initiation to go-live, meeting milestones, budgets, and quality standards. Mitigate risks proactively and implement corrective measures to keep programs on track.
- Data & Analytics Develop and enforce best practices in data governance, data management, and advanced analytics. Lead the deployment of data models, machine learning algorithms, and predictive analytics solutions. Partner with business stakeholders to translate complex data insights into actionable strategies. Guide software engineers, data scientists, and developers in building scalable digital platforms and applications. Ensure adherence to modern engineering principles, including agile practices, DevOps, and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD). Oversee solution architecture design, ensuring integrations are seamless across enterprise platforms.
- Technology Assessment Continuously review and evaluate the organization’s digital and technology capabilities. Identify gaps in the current technology landscape and recommend innovative solutions or optimizations. Monitor emerging technologies and assess their potential impact on organizational competitiveness.
- Automation Identify opportunities where AI-driven and intelligent process automation can replace manual workflows. Implement robotic process automation (RPA), intelligent document processing, and AI-enabled tools to enhance productivity. Measure efficiency gains and ensure scaling across functions.
- Strategic Contribution Work closely with leadership teams to translate organizational goals into practical technology strategies and roadmaps. Define and prioritize technology initiatives based on their business impact, scalability, and feasibility. Provide thought leadership to position the organization as a digital-first, data-driven, and AI-enabled enterprise. Evaluate, select, and manage relationships with technology vendors, consultants, and third-party providers. Negotiate contracts to drive cost-efficiency and secure cutting-edge solutions. Ensure vendor deliverables are aligned with organizational standards and expectations.
- Project Oversight Establish governance frameworks to oversee multiple, concurrent technology programs. Provide structured reporting to leadership, tracking KPIs and business outcomes. Ensure programs deliver sustainable value rather than short-term results. Collaborate effectively with internal teams, consultants, and partners. Lead small, focused technology teams to deliver high-impact projects. Manage stakeholder expectations, building trust across technical and business audiences.
- Education : Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field (required); Master’s preferred.
- Certifications : Relevant credentials in data, AI, or technology are advantageous.
- Knowledge & Skills Deep expertise in data science, machine learning, and AI deployment. Strong understanding of systems architecture and integration. **The Role**
Join Kyndryl as an Incident/Change Manager and take charge of a dynamic role that puts you at the forefront of delivering exceptional IT services to our customers. You'll be responsible for ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer issues, coordinating and managing service requests, and maintaining constant communication with customers throughout the service process.
At Kyndryl, you'll have the opportunity to work with other IT teams, end-users, and stakeholders across the organization to ensure that service delivery is aligned with the needs and expectations of the business. As a part of our team, you'll be instrumental in documenting and updating service management procedures and workflows, monitoring and reporting on service level agreements (SLAs), and ensuring that our ITSM systems are maintained and updated to support efficient and effective service delivery.
You'll be responsible for managing Service Support processes, including Incident, Problem, and Change Management, and ensuring compliance with these processes. You'll also be responsible for driving process improvements through service improvement plans, monitoring regular process measurements, addressing negative trends that impact effectiveness or efficiency of the IPC processes, and ensuring that ongoing education is provided to process users when requested or when circumstances indicate that education would improve process execution.
You'll perform post-resolution incident reviews and evaluate the effectiveness of incident resolution. You'll also be the orchestrator for incident recovery by driving the incident bridge and consolidating an integrated resolution plan when multiple competencies or business units are engaged.
With your expertise in IT services, you'll invoke problem management processes where further investigation into root cause is required and communicate the status of high-priority incidents to customers throughout the incident lifecycle, as per the communication plan.
