Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end process optimization projects leveraging Lean Six Sigma Kaizen and process mining techniques.

- Design and deploy pilots and MVPs in collaboration with IT Data Science and Business stakeholders.

- Strong execution mindset ability to move from diagnosis to measurable impact rapidly.
AI & Digital Enablement
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts (NLP predictive analytics generative AI RPA).
- Hands-on experience with AI/automation platforms (UiPath Power Automate Azure AI Dataiku etc.).
- Ability to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions.
- Working knowledge of data governance analytics and visualization tools (Power BI Tableau).
