Stantec is currently looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer (Healthcare) to join our dynamic site team and support on a construction supervision project in Dubai.
Some of the key job responsibilities of this role entail the following:
Monitoring the Electrical scope of works for conformance with the provisions of the contract documents and the procedures manual.
Reviewing, approving and processing all Electrical technical submittals.
Answering RFIs related to Electrical scope of works.

Qualifications:
Must have a minimum of Fifteen (15) years total experience with Four (5) years in Construction Administration in UAE, and Five (5) years in the Middle East.
Must have Healthcare design and Supervision experience
Experience working within an International Consulting Firm
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
Strong technical background.
Excellent knowledge of Electrical systems, products and materials.
Excellent knowledge of applicable Electrical design and construction codes.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Excellent command of Microsoft Office business solutions (Excel, Word).
Ability to review and comment properly on necessary documentation.
Excellent understanding of specifications and Authority requirements.
Complete project understanding in a given discipline, from start to hand-over.

- Attend pharmacovigilance, pharma, and product training, understanding how to report safety data.
- Report adverse events or product complaints as per SOPs and client requirements.
- Perform administrative duties for the office.
Relationships
- Supervise and collaborate closely with the regional team.
- Coordinate with project leaders and related divisions within Axios.

Educational Background and Experience
- 2-5 years of professional experience in nursing or healthcare is ideal.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience in data monitoring and management is advantageous.
- Experience in logistics and supply chain coordination is a plus.
- Experience in communication service management.
- Volunteer involvement demonstrating passion for philanthropy is also valued.
Job Circumstances

Skills and Attributes for Success
- Overall Experience : 6-10 years of consulting experience is a must, preferably in Big 4 firms or strategy consulting firms, with a focus on healthcare and life sciences, including (but not limited to) creating go to market strategies, new business launch, business model innovation, enterprise operating model design, and sector-aligned Transformation Architecture experience, population health, value-based care, and model of care reforms.
- A degree in Healthcare and Business Management or related fields ; a degree in Healthcare, Business Management; with a background in healthcare or life sciences is preferred.
- Post-graduate degrees and/or professional qualifications in Business Management, Healthcare, or Life Sciences would be highly regarded.
