Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with a proven ability to interpret complex data.

High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

-Track the delivery of purchase orders (POs) and sales orders (SOs) and provide updates to the Supply Planning and B2B Allocation teams.

-Manage and maintain accurate in-system product information to ensure alignment with operational needs.

Gather vendor information and input it into the Master ---Data Management (MDM) system for vendor creation and updates.

-Provide responsive customer service for vendors, retail, e-commerce, and B2B accounts.

-Address inquiries and resolve basic issues related to order status and data accuracy.

-Support the Order Management Manager in day-to-day operations, ensuring adherence to timelines and process accuracy.

-Monitor order workflows and alert the manager of potential issues or delays to ensure proactive resolution.

-Provide product and capsule reporting for key events to highlight risks or opportunities in order management flow

What you’ll need to succeed

Professional Experience

-0-2 years of experience in order management, supply chain, or logistics.

-Basic knowledge of ERP systems and data entry processes is a plus.

Education

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Skills

-Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.

-Good communication and customer service skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

-Basic analytical skills to track orders and identify discrepancies.

About the Role:
  • Add, modify, and delete products on our website, ensuring accurate and up-to-date listings;
  • Manage product details, including descriptions, prices, images, and stock levels;
  • Ensure product data is accurate, consistent, and aligned with the company’s standards;
  • Collaborate with the team to support product updates and improvements.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Experience in product management or similar roles, preferably in an e-commerce environment;
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of product data;
  • Familiarity with WooCommerce, OpenCart or other CMS platforms for product management;
