Main Tasks:

1. Training and Leadership / Culture & Leadership: Lead and mentor the production team, ensuring motivation and continuous skill development. Act as a role model by fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and operational excellence.
2. Supervision: Supervise and coordinate dispensing, manufacturing and packaging activities, ensuring production targets are met (quality, timelines, and costs).
3. Continuous Improvement: Monitor and improve existing processes, identifying opportunities for efficiency, waste reduction, and continuous improvement. Drive a culture of continuous improvement by promoting best practices and efficiency initiatives.
4. Compliance and Safety: Ensure all activities comply with cGMP and safety regulations, including the use of PPE and maintaining personnel hygiene.
5. Facility Inspection: Identify and report safety, health, and environmental risks.
6. Housekeeping and Sanitization: Maintain good housekeeping and follow cleaning and sanitization procedures.
7. Equipment Management: Ensure equipment qualification, calibration, and maintenance.
8. Documentation: Prepare, review, and update SOPs, protocols, reports, and other documents.
9. Quality Management: Handle change control, deviations, investigations, and ensure timely closure of quality documents.
10. Material Management: Ensure availability of raw and packaging materials and coordinate with the warehouse.
11. Collaboration: Work closely with quality assurance, engineering, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless production operations.
12. Regulatory Compliance: Handle audits and inspections, ensuring compliance with regulations.

– Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or relevant field.

– Minimum of 6-8 years of experience is preferred.

– Good communication and problem-solving skills.

– Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution

• Responsibilities of Production Supervisor:

- Precise execution of production according to the system production order.

- Quality control of production according to the drawings and technical specifications.

- Packaging and control of production volume according to the order.

- Inventory control and sending daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

- Control and report non-conformity of raw materials and received shipments to superiors.

- Maintenance of existing machinery and equipment.

We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to manage external projects and coordinate with suppliers.

• Manage production schedules and communicate with clients to ensure timely completion of projects within given deadlines.
• Determine quality control standards and track project progress, updating the Project Manager on daily basis with reports.
• Coordinate with sales, designers, factory, and clients to oversee site installation and furniture delivery.
• Attend, manage, and control overall deliveries and installations, ensuring products meet our requirements.

• Conduct site measurements if required and perform product inspections, in-process inspections, and final inspections prior to delivery.
